COLOMBIA: Resistencia ciudadana pone en vilo reforma judicial

BOGOTÁ, 27 jun (IPS) En Colombia ocurre “una ruptura del hilo constitucional”, advirtió a IPS Armando Novoa, portavoz del comité promotor del referendo derogatorio de la reforma de la justicia que aprobó el parlamento, tan polémica que el propio presidente Juan Manuel Santos trabó su entrada en vigor.
La reacción ciudadana contra esta reforma hizo que Santos diera un paso atrás en su otrora cerrada defensa de la iniciativa, impulsada por el propio gobierno, para terminar objetándola el jueves 21.
