sia_ky: @wandergurl Boil rice noodles (a medium-sized bundle will do) as instructed on the packet. Drain then set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Put in 1/4 cup of red onions & cook till it’s a little transparent. Put in 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, 1/2 cup of chopped Baguio beans, 1/2 cup of red bell pepper (put the seeds in), a teaspoon of star anise seeds, 3 tablespoons of srichacha, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes (or as preferred), 2 pinches of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of beef powder or a cup of beef broth, and 3 tablespoons of toyomansi (optional). When the veggies are cooked, add the cooked noodles and some more sesame oil (I just sprinkle it lightly so they don’t stick). Add chopped up barbecued meat, if you like. Serve. Feeds 3 to 4 (or 2 people with hearty appetites).
