Hope you all had a warm and relaxing Christmas eve!

We did :)

January Challenge Interior Styling

Collection of 5 of my favourite things for the January Interior Styling Challenge. I found some flowers at the markets this morning and I thought the blue/mauve colour of the buds would look good against the Love print.

This was a great challenge for me because I wanted to "fix" the display at the entrance to our home and I think this arrangement looks better than the way it looked before.

What I found most difficult was working with the height of the framed print and trying to find things around the home that were tall enough so that they weren't dwarfed by the print.

I'd love to know your thoughts xx

super fast styling - one hour from blank to beautiful (and we bought nothing new)

I put my baby blue muscari into a gorgeous milk and sugar set - it is way too beautiful to be left in the cupboard all the time

I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to do for the March Interior Styling Challenge. However, it all fell together when I found this lovely doll figurine. She is so sweet, and very old. I have no idea what she is worth...but I don't care, she is adorable! I also love my vintage Asian Tea Tins, and the vintage advertising wall hanging of Mt. Fuji is lovely...it even has hand painted sparkles on it! My sewing baskets are a staple, as they house my beading tools and goodies. and last but not least, the heat register is an absolute favorite hang out area for my sons and dog in the wintertime....random I know...but still very "me" !

Challenge? Met.

Input welcome!!! Cheers all! ;o)

This is the lamp that you could win!

So, don't waste your time, take a camera and enter the contest!
