This is hillarious. My intercom button was jammed, so the technician came and fixed it. Now I received this letter from one of the tenants in the building, who takes care of these things. She asks that i tell my guests to be more gentle when pressing the button, and tell them to wait patiently until I reply, because they broke the thing, and it cost a lot to repair it.

Every apartment in Korea has an intercom. One this day the secruity guard called at 11:45pm at night about a package, which wasn't even there and didn't even belong to us....so rude ! I asked a friend if it was normal to call this late or even past 10pm and he said it wasn't. So, "somebody" is wrong.
