After taking a few steps, Schroeder pulled his legs into the "sit" position. I helped him sit back and he was so happy--cooing and waving his little legs. Newborns get sleepy frequently during this process.

Task Force ODIN relinquished mission authority for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance support to U.S. and coalition forces in Afghanistan to Task Force Lightning, Mar. 26, 2017. ODIN (Observe, Detect, Identify, Neutralize) was established as a theater headquarters staffed by individual augmentees from all U.S. military services, civilians and contractors. This transfer deactivates the existence of TF ODIN. The 525th Military Intelligence Brigade, from Fort Bragg, N.C. assumes the mission as TF Lightning. I have always loved lines, though i think wearing striped clothes makes even the thinnest person look fat, but ok, lets not speak about that. That'll be other times.

Its part of my school miniature design. I had to slide really close to the wall and took it. Lovely, it turned out to be.

For 30 of my 35 years of professional life and business intelligence and development, I have been a part of the International Business Community. From US Government employee (1987) and entry level small business owner in 1983 to an international business administrator, financial manager and developer, up to today, I have done most of what is doable. “Been there, done that” like a common saying states, I have scaled and learned, every step of the way, as I ascended from bottom to top, every small detailed part, of business. From the basic local needs of the everyday day citizens, to the business model and structural design and operations, of the international multinational companies, banks and organizations.

I have learned every detail necessity business has, to every detailed solution it needs. I have managed and been part of the sales force, and deeply know the workforce, disillusions and their desires, what makes them click, what motivates their soul, to get out there and, not just achieve, but surpass every goal and expectation, set for them.

I have been on the international side, knowing how to break the borders of any country and create, develop and expand businesses into limitless sales and markets, all around the world. I have a profound understanding of the business operational ways and objectives and know profoundly how to take advantage of that, no matter what territory I operate in, or what challenges I front.

So now, as a 35 year CEO, I want to go back and do it all again, there is no other alternative market that created the rush and adrenaline the business world creates, specially, while you are a Business enthusiast, ex-Owner and ex-Administrator and developer, of a wide selection of businesses. What I have accomplished till now, l have passed it over into my kids, the next generation of Business men and women, who will see the last of the great business practices. Let them carry on with 30 years of businesses created and developed, while I go look for new frontiers, in new areas and new challenges and goals to achieve.

In the next 20 years of my productive life left, I want to be an important part of any good, prosperous and operational exiting business and help that business, applying my 35 years of experience, as a CEO, into the new generation of Business People. I want to teach thru Management and Example, this new breed of Business People, how to deeply understand the business ways, make a good living out of it, and become passionate enthusiasts, business developers, and why not, one day, business owners.

The best part of good and exiting business, on the humane side of it, it that it has room for everyone, the young upcoming generations, the mid-level executive, looking for an escape from the Rat Race life they are surrounded by, and the middle age man, like me, who still have feelings and aspirations to go into new business, apply a life time of valuable experience and pass it on to the new incoming generation, and they can learn this experience, knowledge and understanding, of how business runs, how you can succeed in it and how to make it better.

In closing, I must say, I love all aspects related to Business, want to go back into it, and see it change, teach the young generation the “tricks of the trade” and be exited and moved again, by achieving new goals and succeed, one more time. I want to help as many as I can, achieve the almost, unattainable balance between business life and family life, and become a part of those how will secure their families for generations, and get away from those, who will not, those who will work forever, just to survive, while paying the rest of us, our great lifestyle.
