It's government pay day. That means a trip to Costco to get some of the things we need like zip lock bags, paper plates, tp, reactine and some candy for my jar at work. Of course I always go down the baked goods section only because I love to see what they have and yes, I will admit it I have a bit of a chocolate and sweets monkey on my back so I take camera out and take a photo rather than buy the goodies ... consuming them with the eyes is far less in the calories consumed than actually consuming them I think.
So day 16 meant going to Costco with a list, sticking to it and walking away with only a photo of the cupcakes and butter tarts rather than having them in my cart :-)
