I went to Mardi Gras and all I got were a bunch of middle finger pictures.
While I was leaving an outdoor market I happened across Uncle Sam. Looks like he's peddling t-shirts and crappy posters along with his infowars literature and all sorts of other 9/11 truther nonsense.
I immediately go to work because, well, this is what I shoot. I'm being very careful to not interrupt his conversation he's having with some tourists about how comedians "back in the day" could say things like nigger and spic, but now it's just racist...
UHHH YEAH, you think so Uncle Sam?!?
The people he's talking to start to lose interest so he takes to yelling at me and telling me not to take his photo. According to Uncle Sam I'm nothing but a privileged, rich, spoiled rotten liberal, lol. Mind you, I haven't said a word up to this point and he's yelling at me to not take his picture and leave him alone. Now, 99 times out of 100 I will respect that. But not this guy, no way.
I kept shooting and shooting. The more I shot, the more he got fired up. Middle fingers, stares and yells ensued... Finally he asks nicely why I'm taking his picture and I tell him I'm interested in photographing politics of all forms. His ears perk up and he wants to talk shop.... uhhh, nah bro...

I sat down on a nearby bench and listened to more hate while enjoying the beautiful weather waiting for other photo buddies to catch up.

This orange flower hidden under the dense growth of grass is known locally around my area as Iring-iring , it normally grows wild. This wild flowering shrub has variety of them which has blooms of different colours from orange, pink, deep red,yellow or mixed colours and has dark purple berries which is edible. When I was a kid , I sometimes pick their berries in the wild and ate them, as they are sweet. In the past decades I've noticed they are being cultivated as ornamental plants, have seen them planted in city parks many times .

I do believe the words of God to the tad as in :
Psalms 37 :25
I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous
forsaken or his children begging for bread.
It's a common question why poverty and suffereng exist if there is God and he is God of love, why he allow people to suffer . First and foremost you need to know God's rules as spoken the Bible . Sin through Adam
had all mankind fallen . Not one is righteous - that include all the Popes .
God has put his commandments how to be closer to him but man always
transgress and prefer to live according to their own ways.
Man stray away . This is one of the arguements use by the devil through
the unbelieving minds to mock God. We are not robots, we are given free choice.
If you'll stray away, you'll rip the consequences of your careless actions
without God's blessings. As most often the case , man blame God for their disasters .
Some would question why God hasn't aswered their prayers and they're still in bad state
while they attend church every Sunday. But let's examine, is this every Sunday church
attendance only for the sake of a material need answered but living like the devil for the
rest of the week. Or maybe worship of God in a different way against God's order .
Example, worship of God, thinking it is God through an idol . attending church which
are filled with idols... worshiping idols is a No , big time.
Although this may offend others but rather I speak the truth from the word of God.
God hates idolatry. It's not from me or religion bashing but face God who is the author of all things.
Since God made it clear against idol worship and many people do insist because
of blindness and ignorance of the will of God, they donlt read the Bible, then no wonder
many fall short of the God's grace for them to prosper.
Ones allegiance to religion, is allegiance to a religion not God.
Religion is man-made and full of man designed rules and rituals which
are unbiblical. Many defend their religion or spiritual social club out
of self pride and pure ignornace.

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
Sometimes God delays answers of prayers for a good purpose. Maybe answers
of prayers one longed for might not be for good in the long term .
God sees things far in advance and wants us to prosper. We might not see it right there
at the time but later on why God didn't give what we asked for.
I do ask God personal things and I've got the answers . Some answers
I don't get straightaway . Althogh most of what I asked for God give more than enough.
I cant say in details what they are ... I just want to praise God for He is awesome !!!!!

To get to the core, Jesus Christ is given for us to redeem our fallen state and this is only achievable
if we recieve Him as our personal saviour and Lord , repent of all our sins and he will forgive us and
put us right with God.
There's no mediator between man and God , but only Jesus.
Some religion argue that Jesus is not God he is a prophet. But God said
so in the Bible .There is one God but a triune God, God the father, God the son and
the God the Holy spirit all are one. Read Genesis , God used the word "in OUR IMAGE" in the creation of man.
Therefore, there must be few of them.Also in Colossians Jesus said he was there before Abraham.
Jesus came to redeem mankind, born as man to save to his creation and defeat once and for all the big battle with Satan long before the creation.
In summary , Jesus is the only way, no other way given.
If you refuse the right way, then you'll get the consequences of your stubborn actions
as you dont seek the truth.

Although this may sound crazy, but sometimes , I can't wait to see the Lord.
If you have strong relationship and connection with God, there's nothing in this world
I want to hold on to ,except for relationships , my family and people I cared for.
Death is not something to be afraid of . As there's no fear in God.
If God takes my life right now I am ready to go , it's an exciting thought of exit.
But of course I do think of those who are left behind, family members who are hardened with
their hearts for the Lord. Their eyes are blinded of the love living with much fun of this world
more than the love of God. You can bring a horse to stream but you can't make it drink if it
does't want to.
An encouragement to Christians who are born-again , don't take chances now .
Live in Christ pure and holy, be different and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Like 5 of the 10 virgins who keep their lamps filled with oil. The other 5 foolish ones
were left behind. Don't be left behind.
For those that are not sure they are save, just ask Jesus to come into your life
as yoru savior and Lord, repent of all your sins. Just talk to him,
cry out to him in repentance, and let Jesus in.
Then read the Bible , that's the only guide book how to live continually
with the Lord.

Instead of fear and worrying isn't it time to keep looking up with joy because it points to big changes soon to come and as foretold of Jesus coming .Look at world events ,earthquakes in diverse places of greater intensity ( Matthew 24 ) ,millions of animal deaths almost like everyday from one corner of the world to the next ,apocalyptic disasters one after another ... not the least ,the division of the promise land of God is on the big agenda right on our present day and President Obama is unto this in favor of the division of the land ,which I get the shivers of this thought ,but the Biblical text had stated this will happen .
Take note in Genesis 12 :2 - 3 "those who curse Israel will be curse " and Read Zechariah 12 ,God will cut down nations into pieces of those who attack Israel and divide His land . Make no mistake things will get so bad when your nation will be unto division of Israel .We are right in the cusp of the dark days towards the Tribulations .Read you Bible friends but no fear --- Jesus said "let not your hearts be troubled " rather put your trust in Jesus . There’s a refrain that’s become common when watching this trainwreck of a Presidency unravel before our eyes: “This is just a distraction, we should be paying attention to this OTHER thing.” Now sure, there can be manipulations, intentional and otherwise. But I believe that ALL of it is important. The “distractions” aren’t distractions if they still reveal something. If 45 sends a delusional and paranoid tweet at 3am, It’s not a distraction; it’s paranoid and delusional. So one person may find a new muslim ban as a distraction from his deteriorating mental state, while another will view rage-filled early-morning tweets as a distraction away from the muslim ban. Both antics are valid, and I think equally so.
So for your own health, physical mental and emotional, I would recommend this: Just focus on the bits you need to. Let the rest of it go. If something is a distraction for YOU, wave it off. But let someone else focus on it if they want to. Let someone have Jeff Sessions lying under oath, let someone else have no-evidence accusations that a previous President illegally ordered wiretaps on Trump Tower. And that is all literally just the stuff off the top of my head. It’s a lot. It’s an enormous amount. Trying to focus on all of it will age a person well before their time. So just work on your piece of the puzzle, and let others work on theirs. It’s not a distraction. It’s the 45th Presidency. Pace yourselves.

AMAZING Near-miss Mid-air Jet Collison! Two USAF Chemtrail Jets almost collide 3-29-2016 in Dayton, Ohio near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This obviously precision-planned near-miss is the closest I have ever witnessed these chemtrail jets flying. They normally make dozens of passes each hour in a crossing, grid-like pattern, often crossing each others' chemtrails, but never head-on.

This electronic billboard ad was along interstate I-10 in a spot where traffic backs up for hours every day in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Never seen anything like it in the US. Given that the Bush administration has now been found to be "Buying News" illegally, is this form of advertising acceptable? The Bush administration could design an ad and get anyone to pay for it and we would never know the difference. Just like Payola in the music industry. Sarah Sanders was Donald Trump’s first press secretary. Before his election, she served as a senior advisor to the candidate and did damage control after Trump’s sexist Access Hollywood audio hit the news. The New Yorker once called her Trump’s “battering ram.” According to Yahoo News, here are eleven of Sanders' most egregious lies and outrageous remarks:
She admitted to lying during a press conference about former FBI director James Comey when she claimed “countless” FBI agents told her they were happy Trump fired him.
She said Trump’s policy of separating children from their parents at the border and locking them in detention facilities was “very biblical.” She said, "It is very biblical to enforce the law."
When Trump retweeted three unverified, Islamophobic videos, Sanders insisted it didn’t matter if the videos were “real” and told reporters that if they’re focusing on “the nature of the video, you’re focusing on the wrong thing.”
She falsely claimed that Trump’s border wall had stopped nearly 4,000 known or suspected terrorists at the U.S.-Mexico border in 2018. In reality, the wall ― for which Trump was demanding $5.7 billion in federal funds to build ― had only stopped six people on the No Fly List.
Weeks after a gunman slaughtered 19 children and two teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, she declared in a speech that “we will make sure that when a kid is in the womb, they’re as safe as they are in a classroom.” At that point in 2022, there had already been 27 school shootings that year.
She posted an Infowars-produced video of CNN’s Jim Acosta that appeared doctored to make him seem aggressive toward a White House intern and used it to defend the Trump administration taking away Acosta’s White House press credentials.
She mocked Biden for stuttering ― a speech impediment he’s dealt with throughout his life ― after a Democratic presidential debate in 2019.
She twice used her government Twitter account to slam businesses she took personal issue with: a small restaurant in Virginia that refused to serve her and The New York Times for publishing an anonymous op-ed critical of the Trump administration. Former White House ethics chiefs said these incidents were illegal violations of the ethics code.
She claimed God “wanted Donald Trump to become president.”
She defended Trump’s unprecedented refusal to share his tax returns by claiming members of Congress are not “smart enough to look through the thousands of pages that I would assume President Trump’s taxes will be.”
She claimed that the Mueller report findings were “a total and complete exoneration” of Trump even though the report summary explicitly said it “does not exonerate him.”
In 2022, Sanders was elected governor of Arkansas. During her first five weeks in office, she signed seventeen Executive Orders, including the banning of racial indoctrination and the teaching of critical race theory (CRT) in public schools (CRT is taught primarily in law schools, not K-12).
She also signed an order to prevent human trafficking and to protect children. Yet, in March 2023, she signed a bill relaxing child labor laws that put vulnerable youth at risk. That same month, she signed another bill prohibiting transgender children from using school bathrooms different from the sex they were assigned at birth.
In 2023, the Arkansas governor signed into law a bill that will allow the creation of a privately funded “monument to the unborn.”
Americans have lost confidence in their government. We no longer trust our legislators and the Supreme Court to solve our country’s problems: income inequality, affordable health care, a woman’s right to decide what’s best for her health, the economy, and climate change. Governance has become a series of battles. It’s no longer just political ideology. We are at war over cultural issues while our politicians ignore our basic needs. And we’ve lost faith in our country’s institutions when ersatz news organizations like Fox knew Donald Trump lost the election but promoted voter fraud to get ratings.
The morals of our GOP legislators and their sycophants are just as important as their economic policy. How can we trust a party that Alex Patton, a Florida-based Republican consultant and pollster, has characterized as a party that “has become mean and driven by emotion on whom we dislike.”? “But,” he says, “that is the driving force in American politics right now.” That is the driving force of the GOP, not the Democrats. This is not an example of the equality of “bothsidesism.”
In my essay, “ It’s Time to Release Our Own Kraken!" I outlined the history of the Republican Party’s “below the belt” tactics. They continue to be underhanded to this day. But with the low level of civility in our present polarized country, many Republican legislators now in office have hit new ethical lows.
As a visual artist who has spent over a decade creating posters about the sorry state of American political discourse, this year I began a new series of portraits, "Faces of the Republican Party." The men and women in this series deserve to be taken to task for their unwillingness to compromise, belief in conspiracy theories, and disdain for the LGBTQ+ community, women’s rights, and our children’s education. The purpose of our government is to solve our nation’s problems. It’s not a place for personal vendettas or manufactured cultural issues.
“Faces of the Republican Party” is not a partisan series of portraits. Merriam-Webster defines the word as “a firm adherent to a party, faction, cause, or person, especially one exhibiting blind, prejudiced, and unreasoning allegiance.” The people depicted in these images are the partisans. Instead, my series is a documentary and op-ed showcasing the facts in 2022. All of them had a hand in trying to overthrow the government. These images are MAGA Republicans who put their blind allegiance to Donald Trump and their careers ahead of the needs of the American people.
Republicans are perfect examples of Patton’s “driving force.” This force is dirty, mean, misogynistic, selfish, and wastes our tax dollars. These people are just a small sampling of individuals responsible for the loss of credibility and faith in America’s institutions. And worse, they couldn’t care less.
