So we (and half of Atlanta) went to this place called Hippo Hopp today. A big warehouse for kids with like 10 inflatable playgrounds. I guess since it was a holiday and kids have now been off school for 10 days thanks to the snow/ice parents wanted to get their hyper kids to use up some energy here. Anyway, it was quite a place and while I was killing time as the baby played, I found one of the bouncing houses net window looked cool with the rainbow colors and then pulled down the ISO to up the shutter speed to see if I could get a cool effect. Took about 100 shots, liked this one the best cause the foreground stayed motionless as the background moved. Random but cool SOOC shot.

Despite the unseasonal rain over the last 24 hours, the heaviest rainfall we've had for many years for this time of the year, we went over to the dock to have a look at the Exxopolis today. It was one of the MONA FOMA 2015 exhibits.
It was really quite an interesting exhibit, enjoyed equally but differently by both adults and children. While the grown-ups were (mostly) busy admiring the different colours, patterns of the caverns and taking plenty of photos or videos or chasing after their children, the children themselves were busy running around this unusual, giant, inflatable playground.
What actually is the Exxopolis? As per the MOFO 2015 program notes (mofo.net.au/program/architects-of-air/):
"Exxopolis is a luminarium – a large-scale inflatable sculpture of light and colour, somewhere between a cathedral and a spaceship, or a womb and a mosque. People are invited to wander through its tunnels and caverns, as the colours intensify with the natural light of the sun. Exploration of Exxopolis is up to you – wander beneath its radiant red tree, marvel at the cupola and its ‘windows’, or kick back zen-style in a glowing pod for a moment of mid-festival calm.
Exxopolis also features a special MOFO-commissioned musical composition by Jim Moginie, exploring the connections between music and colour. Jim and his guitar-toting mates (see them perform at PW1) will appear for random live performances within the luminarium as well."
This is a big playgound combo including bounce, slide, obstacles. The Inflatable Bounce Climb And Slide Combo has all of the fun play essentials to entertain participants of all ages.This colorful inflatable slide starts with a bounce & jumping area, then leads to a 16 foot tall rock climbing wall,and ends with a large fun inflatable slide.It is very different from the slide you see common. Sesame Street-themed activities, Europe cardboard exhibition at Changi Airport T3 for June holidays

SINGAPORE - There is no need to ask how to get to Sesame Street this June, for the beloved children's show will be making an appearance at Changi Airport during the school holidays.
Popular characters from the show - including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie - will be making appearances at Terminal 3 during live shows and meet-and-greet sessions.
Parents and children can also expect to see cardboard replicas of European landmarks, including those from Berlin, Budapest, Moscow, Prague and Warsaw.
The cardboard exhibition, called Discover Europe, is organised in conjunction with Changi Airport's first non-stop link to Central and Eastern Europe via the recently launched LOT Polish Airlines direct flight to Warsaw, and the upcoming Scoot service to Berlin.
It will be Singapore's "largest" cardboard art installation, measuring 21m by 19m, said Changi Airport Group in a statement on Friday (May 25).
Visitors will also have a chance to redeem souvenirs or win travel deals by answering questions at the exhibition.
Other activities lined up at the T3 Departure Hall include bobsleigh rides, inspired by the Bobsleigh Track in Prague.
Two routes will be available - a 17m straight slide elevated at 1.8m, and a 30m winding slide.
An inflatable playground will also be available at Terminal 4, with a Sesame Street theme.
The playground will feature tunnels, a ladder and a climbing wall, as well as two slides, with one as tall as 4.7m that leads into a ball pit.
Limited edition Sesame Street-themed storage boxes will also be available for redemption with at least $60 spent at shops, or at least $80 at supermarkets.
The boxes, which can double up as stools, come in three designs.
The activities will last until June 24. For more details, the public can visit the Changi Airport website.

What a spectacular evening! First time ever that our Commons could host a Prom, as far back as I can remember! Next, the kids went home to get their comfy clothes on and returned at the stroke of midnight. Notice, good ole hubby Bob is doing karaoke on the right. Game tables and the pretend matramony chapel are center front and behind me! The kitchen opened on the left to yummy food. Off in the gym is an inflatable playground. At 2:30, the karoake and games ended and everyone rapidly charged to the auditorium for some serious hypnotism. I bet there will be funny stories and pictures about that! Bob and I went home to sleep!

...we went to this place called Monkey Joe's. It's like one of those indoor inflatable playground places. We were very impressed with the economic pricing ($10 a kid) of admissions AND games & food. Super cheap, comparatively speaking.
