Thanks to Larry bobshots I got connected to the world of tourism in Oregon, and this is my first ever cover shot for anything... the Infinity Loop, a tourism brochure put out by Clackamas County in Oregon.
forgive me for moving this forward, I am just so excited! AND still no time to process another shot!
I do have that calendar coming out for 2011 with 2 of my photos on month pages inside, the Weather Guide Calendar by Accord Publishing
The last few days have been spent split between family visiting from Iowa and work, with no computer time but lots of new photos and no time to process yet! oh my.... tonight I took a hike with Dee, Joyce and Sheldon up to Bluff Lake and had the unusual opportunity to pay forward some of the tutoring in photography so many of you have helped me with! 3 of us had Canon Rebels, and I let the others try out my tripod and filters to see the difference that could make, and found myself explaining things I did not realize I knew! LOL
THanks everyone... and I will try to get up something new soon enough...

Most of the magazine's photography and all the art is only available in the print version. Copies may be ordered from:
Mount Hood glows in a summer sunset over Hood River and the Columbia River, see from Washington. This is a reprocess on a post from about 4 years ago and I am happier with the results. This image was the cover shot for the Infinity Loop magazine a few years ago.
I just ordered this on metal, and will hang it in a small showing at Solstice Wood Fired Pizza and Cafe in Hood River, Oregon for a couple months.
Thanks for the visit! if you take time to look, please take time for a brief comment as well to make it worth my time to post . Getting tons of views but no faves or comments makes me think.

Final project board for CAD Logic: Digital Fabrications group Obioma ("Happy Game" in Ibu) at the Dessau Institute of Architecture, Summer Semester 2010. The project is a children's playground proposal for a vacant space in the Leipzig airport terminal.
This may look like an ordinary building on a street called Infinite Loop, but its not. It is Apple . It is where the Magic Happens and where I had a meeting today. Apple is a part of my daily life including the use of my Mac, iPhoto, iTunes, iPhone, iPod and my soon to come iPad, all of which I can not imagine living without! What a thrill it was to be on its campus. Day 291. October 18, 2010.
I totally got this idea from Oblivion Head who kindly described his technique in this thread

I then did some cross processing using an Action found via this thread

See how helpful everyone in the Photo a day 2009 group is!!
