This is an HDR that I took last year in November. it was a cloudy and partly rainy day. My first plan was to take a picture of the setting sun in the background, but the clouds prevented that, the sky still looked amazing so I took an HDR like this instead. Low tide also helped make a nicer background without the risk of blurry wave movement.
I am running through a lot of my old photos and finding ones that are worthy of editing and uploading here.
This is a Double HDR made of 4 different exposures....one detail enhanced HDR, one tone compressed HDR...combined in Photoshop CS2...along with levels and curves layers. I never wanted to use a frame before for my photos, but I found for this particular shot it would be nice not to include the text and copyrights into the image itself. Final color editing was done in Lightroom.

I finally decided to upload this shot, I took this along my previous Sunset Dream shot. (Big trucks and all).
How I got this shot:
I found this gravel path that leads into the desert from the main highway south of Kuwait. I wanted to take a sunset shot with my car in it.
There was quite some difficulty taking this shot because of many 16-wheeled trucks and buses coming and going on this path (which is only around 7 meters wide), They came in groups of 5-10 at a time, so I had to wait until they passed before I could press the shutter, I had to also take shots in between the trucks if there's a big gap before the next one arrived.
I took many shots but this is the one I liked most. Edited with Photoshop for color and contrast.
All shots taken with my camera mounted on a tripod to keep the horizon lines level.
I liked how the clouds here made a centered line on the setting sun.

The 11th generation Skyline was the first to be sold as an Infiniti - the Japanese got the Skyline sedan, and Americans got an Infiniti G. Today, the link between Infiniti and the Skyline nameplate continues - the current Infiniti Q50 is the 13th generation Skyline.
