For the Macro Mondays theme “Holiday Bokeh”.
"""Happy Macro Monday everyone!!"""", says this little blue elephant ;-)
Give me all of you, in the night
I'm looking for a heart to be with my body
Everything you need at the right time........
I, umm, borrowed someone's ale for this shot, yeah, that's it . . . . .
Have to give credit to my mate Bob, as he had this artistic idea. He sees photographs in everything around him. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
This is the last picture (eventually!) in my series of 18 pictures about the European Hardcourt Bike Polo Championship (EHBPC) – Zaragoza 2015. You may want to visit the whole collection of ordered pictures in the album flic.kr/s/aHskmdhZ8N where you'll find some explanation about the context and making of the series.
The "Teufelsbach" (=Devils's Creek) meanders through the southern part of Nymphenburg Palace Park, starting from a little spring located directly below the Pan Group of statues .

Not everywhere Shanghai is modern, bright and shiny...
This is a 180° panorama of Kongjia Nong (Kongjia Alley, 孔家弄), one of the many narrow alleys that make up the core of the old Shanghai.
This area around Laoximen (老西门) has it's own charm, though I recommend to visit it only if you are good at orientation without any maps, because many of these tiny alleys are not even on the Chinese maps - and it's a maze.
Unfortunately much of this will fall victim to urban redevelopment in the very near future.

A super wide view of Nymphenburg Palace as seen from the east with some impressive clouds above.
Schloss Nymphenburg is a palace located in the west of Munich and one of the main tourist attractions of the city, with yearly over 300,000 visitors,
The palace is the main summer residence of the House of Wittelsbach, former rulers of Bavaria.
Commisioned in 1664, the central building in the style of an Italian Villa was completed in 1675. Gradually the sides were added and the current appearance was reached in 1716.
