The other Trouble in Mind band I saw with super fun indie pop songs was En Attendant Ana. I hesitate to post two photos in the same day, mainly because I get the people lead busy lives, but I want to get back to some of my New Mexico photos. It's hard to balance everything considering I am always taking, if anything, too many photos. And, I always thought I was just a concert photographer but then I became really interested in street photography and then nature photography so perhaps I lack focus or else there is just not enough hours in the day.

I had the chance to see this band AKA Katherine Paul on Saturday night in Chicago at the Subterranean and really loved their set.

The East Indie duck is a Bantam duck breed that is believed to have originated in the USA.
They are mainly kept for show and ornamental purposes with their beautiful shiny plumage that glistens with either blue or green sheen. They, as with most Bantam duck breeds, are excellent flyers so you may have to watch this if you live in a built-up area.

Two main Albums are located on the crossing of boulevard Saint Germain and boulevard Saint Jacques. Who's already around Latin Quarter and fountain St-Michel, will find them easily. One of them - Album Comics - sells American stuff, all the new Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and indie books, but also the most important French releases. Shop's windows are covered with statues, busts and vinyl toys. There's also very good artbook section, with all the making-of movie books, sketchbooks, artist artbooks and US and Asian picture books. Artbooks in general tend to be heavy and imported ones are not cheap, so it's possibly the best idea just to browse and remember all the cool stuff. And then to go home and get them from the net, without the need to drag them around the airports and planes. (From the shop's viewpoint it's not a nice thing to say, I know

Indie, a Nanday Conure, will be delighted to receive his new toy I made for him. I placed a photo of Indie in the first comment.
I use the hooks to pull the jute through the wood beads and rattan balls. Some of our parrots like to untie the macrame knots, so I tie a few in the toys.
Oh my, I didn't shoot this at ƒ1.4. I'm not 100% sure about the crop of this. I tried several different crops; square, cropping out the black… thing. In the end I left it as I took it.
Anyway, I can tell Indie hasn't been very happy lately. I know she doesn't talk, but I can just tell, so I told her I'd take her a walk to the pirate ship this morning, and that we did. She's now full of beans.
Also, this is what she looks like when she spots another dog.

My little tribute to Indie, because I luff her and she is pretty and I haven't used her recently. Couldn't be assed to go in-game though, so I just made this beast and went a little OTT with the brushes and textures and neon colours.
Too hyper to write anything elseee.
