I started out with another idea for the five houses in this image but as things often go it didn't work out so I left them grouped and added a bit more processing and texture. I love this series of homes because the only really straight line is the waterline.

This is basically an overlay of one of my photos (grass covered in melted hoarfrost in the sunlight) with a digitally created image (T2D, DDG) I have decided to texture it since I liked the patterns of light on the face originating from the photo but wanted to soften them for better balance.
~ previously posted in colour as 'close encounter' .. something about this particular image fills my heart with joy. I love images that express freedom.

Today is an orange day at Color my World Daily and the theme at Crazy Tuesday is : In the middle. Mr. Teddy Bear is with us in order to celebrate Happy Teddy Bear Tuesdays. And it is a very strange coincidence, since Mr. Teddy Bear is in the middle of a very, very interesting book. It is a criminal and international intrigue and Mr. Teddy Bear loves it. He decided to take a picture when he will be exactly in the middle of his book, and that is the picture you see today.
And not only, Mr. Teddy Bear is in the middle of his book, he is also in the middle of this picture ! Isn’t that awesome ?

Sorry, I didn't have the time (pensioner stress 😁) or opportunity to take any new photos this week. So I had to dig into the archives.
In amongst all the winter browns, out on a walk, I found a green bush with white tips on the downward facing leaves. I thought it was the perfect subject for a bit of artistic flinging :)

I'm recovering from an allergic reaction to something in my garden. I had an angry rash up to my neck and I'm just getting my voice back. The medication has really helped quickly.

Unverhofft kommt manchmal oft. Mitten in Brandenburg habe ich in der Natur 2 so seltene Schwalbenschwänze gesehen und so sie posierten in der Sonne für mich. Ein tolles Schauspiel.
Unexpectedly, sometimes comes often. In the middle of Brandenburg I saw in nature 2 such rare swallowtails and so they posed in the sun for me. A great spectacle.
this was taken in the Chicago Botanic Garden in December. The grass, which I imagine is not so green, has been covered in snow for quite a while. And March has come in like a lion. We are hoping it will go out like a lamb.

A peaceful city square called Altstädter Kirchenplatz (Old Town Church Square). In this view, the church is behind me. It's a fairly cool fall day, but there's still some afternoon sun, and two people are sitting in the sun straight ahead. The Old Town got a new look after a major fire in 1706, and was modeled on the New Town built a few years earlier. Erlangen has a spacious modern look that sets it apart from most Bavarian or Franconian cities with medieval roots. [DSC00070-2_lr_2000]

Most of the seafoods are supposed to come directly from the fishing boats in the river. There are plenty of seafood restaurants in and around Duong Dong, which could be an important reason to visit Phu Quoc.
