Over the years, this account has transitioned from a personal photo journal to a showcase of my best toy photography. I'm now extremely selective about what I post to this account, because for the most part, it functions as a professional portfolio.
And to some extent, that's no fun. I love building stuff with Lego, and it's a shame that I've had no venue dedicated to photos of my creations. As some of you may know, I've posted some wide shots to my setups account, but they're usually sandwiched between shots of paper sets and chipmunk videos, and that's never felt quite right.
So, I've created a brand new account to corral all the photos of my many Lego builds (or MOCs). I can't promise you that all the photos will be arty and pristine, but you'll find wide shots, different angles, and when possible, links to the Lego Digital Designer files.
You can find the account here — powerpig builds — along with a link to the Lego Digital Designer file for this iMac.

Reactivated my old iMac and found this one from 2015... Still confused... ;)
Habe meinen alten iMac reaktiviert und dies hier gefunden... Immer noch verwirrt... ;)
Tools: Aperture (old, too...)
Hello again,
It's almost a month ago since I was on Flickr. The reason was that my Macbook Pro crashed. The first few weeks I tried to repair the MBP myself, with information I found on the internet but the problem wasn't based on a software issue. The next step was sending it towards an apple store but the costs of repairing a two year old laptop were to high in my opinion. The result? I bought an iMac.
Secondly, I was obliged to send my newly acquired Sigma 85 1.4 back to the service center of the company. This due to the lack of autofocus. The lens just stopped focussing from one day to another... :)

My trusty iMac broke down two weeks ago, got it back today with a new GPU. Catching up will take some time
ODC:Cool
I am back in my hometown and this is my first ever Apple product and after all these years ,my iMac G4 still oozes coolness I rarely see on many gadgets I own. This thing booted up in seconds and still is as silent as ever. I am looking forward to getting my grubby fingers on the new Retina Display iPad which I hear has been delivered but must admit that this beauty will always have a place on my work table here in the family house.
Looks better on black
Sitting under my umbrella, supermarket carrier bag wrapped over the camera and then action stations as the sun illuminates the landscape for all of 30 seconds - that's what I love about landscape photography!
