El Monasterio de Iranzu está situado en la localidad de Abárzuza, Navarra, España, Spain, se trata de una Abadía Cisterciense constriuda entre los S XII y XIV.
El claustro es de estilo gótico y fue reformado en 1942.
Actualmente está regentado por los Padres Teatinos.
Además del Claustro, se puede visitar la cocina y chimenea de estilo medieval, el comedor con un llamativo ventanal, el lavatorio de forma hexagonal, el calefactorio, la sala de los monjes, la casa abacial de estilo barroco, el locutorio con 24 celdas, las celdas de castigo, la sala capitular, la Iglesia de Santa María en forma de Cruz.
En las afueras se encuentra la Iglesia de San Adrián, con las ruinas donde los monjes cistercienses se instalaron en el S XII.
En las afueras se puede pasear por el cañón que ha ido excavando el río Iranzu a los pies de la Sierra Andía.
Un lugar que no te va a defraudar.
