Idea leuconoe, the paper kite, rice paper or large tree nymph,[1] is known especially for its presence in butterfly houses and live butterfly expositions. It has a wingspan of 12 to 14 cm. The paper kite is of Southeast Asian origin, but can also be found in Northern Australia and Southern Taiwan.
Larvae feed on Parsonsia species, Tylophora hispida, Parsonsia helicandra, Parsonsia spiralis, and Cynanchum formosanum[2] so both the butterfly and larva are poisonous.

One of my attempts at the "Macro Mondays" theme "New".
While I got the feeling that I learned a few things over the last couple of years as far as photography is concerned, I‘m afraid to have reached a point of stagnation when it comes to making music. That‘s why I absolutely want to work on new ideas for compositions and try to do some real musical experimentation in the upcoming year.
Shot with a Friedrich "S-Coronar 25 mm F 1.4" lens on a Canon EOS R5.
I used a patterned picture on my tablet as background for this shot. The only problem I had was that my tablet was a little small.

A project by Ildefons Cerdà and another by Josep Amargós in 1894 proposed to convert Montjuïc into a residential area. Another idea for the celebration of the exhibition in Montjuïc was proposed in 1909 when Manuel Vega i March suggested that the culminating point of the development should be ‘a great Temple of Art, a summary and compendium of our most prodigious knowledge’. Finally, in 1913, it was decided that Montjuïc would be the definite location for the Exhibition of Electric Industries, promoted by the industry and the city council of Barcelona.
This tiny rover is built around the idea, if it's possible to stick the wheels directly to the bracket thingy (bricklink is down for maintenance, so I cannot look the part number up) - yes, it works with a short pin-with-stud.
The rest is just "keep it small" and the speed effect is simple rain.

Princess flower / Tibouchina
The first time I saw this plant, the flowers were already gone.
I had no idea what the flowers looked like, but I loved the stamens left behind and took so many photos of them.
The following year, I finally saw the flowers. 💜
And still, I think it’s the stamens that catch my eye the most.
And here are the stamens that first caught my eye:

I had no idea what I was going to do today for a photo, and then a bulb lit up. Literally. Tesco had some awesome filament bulbs, so we bought a couple. This is not what I envisioned, mainly because I wanted it to be my hand because I knew how I wanted it to look, but I could not figure out how to trigger the shutter because my IR remote is not working. I think I was just too tired to get it perfect.

Some doors are not God’s will for you to enter them and God closes it for your protection. God knows everything and He knows if you’re on a path that leads to danger. It's a good idea to talk to God continuously to know His will.
When God opens a door He will never cause you to compromise or contradict His Word. Many times God will confirm His will through His Word and through others such as godly counsel.
Usually you know it’s an open door from God when you have to rely on Him. If God doesn’t make a way there will be no way.

**What a great time of the year! I know you all are enjoying it too! I am still traveling and teaching a lot, and also having a lot of company...well, after all it is Spring Break and the weather here is gorgeous! But something I love about you all and the flickr community and that is this...that we can just pick up where we left off with each other & connect when time allows us to post...so thankful for that!
