Boy Behind The Lens Series - Day 9
I don't drink but I'm the drinks kind of person.
Cherry Coke, Seven Up, Tropicana Pink Lemonade, Ribena, iced tea, ginger ale, apple juice, OJ, iced lattes...I love them all, and like them with plenty of ice.
And for someone who doesn't eat his meals regularly, and usually skips breakfast (and sometimes lunch) beverages are an important part of my diet, a staple of every day.
My favorite drink of all time has got to be F&N Ice Cream Soda (Schweppes also makes one that comes real close). I like Coke after a fatty meal; have an iced venti caramel machiato from Starbucks almost every day; and have lots of water with me regularly to wash all that sugar down.

EXPLORE #334 - February 24, 2010
It's going to be a long wait - opening day isn't until June 9th.
I still had the floatie in my garage from this shot, so I grabbed it this morning. No time to pack anything else, though. As I drove to work with it in the back seat, I was thinking that people must have really wondered!
Happy Facedown Tuesday!!

I bad mouth the evil green so much, but damn. There are moments when a tall iced vanilla nonfat latte hits the spot. Especially with them banana chocolate chip coffee cake thingies. On real-feel 105F days.
Who needs a pick-me-up? Just relax, the weekend is right around the corner! Have a wonderful one : )

This week’s theme for my Macro Mondays group is “Keeping It Cool.” This is a close-up of an iced latte. I had just poured the espresso into the iced milk, so you can still see the crema on top.
HMM!
I was fine. Sitting quietly here in the office, sipping on my Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy* Yogi Tea. Out of my "(Super)Girls Rule!**" mug of course.
Until Georgette had to go and post a photo all about caffeine. Which lead to me reminiscing about the lattes part of The Great Zombies and Lattes Road Trip of 2014.
Which involved multiple stops at the adorable, hipstery Moonbean cafe in Toronto's Kensington Market neighborhood.
And at least one slice of their out of this world, divine Milky Way cake. This cake. There just aren't enough words to explain how amazing this cake was. (Also the company, Georgette and Jerome, was nice too after a long day of zombie stalking.)
*Could use all the positive energy I can get this week. I really hate working around a bunch of @$$h@t$ that go out of their way to be douchebags to people because it makes them feel bigger and better about themselves.
**Because I have serious Supergirl, Batgirl, and Wonder Woman issues. Especially Batgirl. The original Batgirl...not the ruined by Alicia Silverstone Batgirl.
Earlier in September I loaded up a couple of Nikon F's with Orwo UN 54. The Nikon re-loadable cassettes work fine in the F's.
This is with an early F # 6436546 which I found at a swap some years ago. I had the mirror replaced as it had cracked - the foam "bumper" had dissolved.
The 5.8 cm f1.4 was the first of Nikon's fast 50's - not one of Nikon's best either. Prone to flare, soft at f1.4 - but it was replaced with the 50mm f1.4 which was a huge improvement.
My friend Chris and I have a recycling program for photographic magazines. Coffee and exchange. Not may worth while magazines left though. The english Black & White Photography is one and then the occasional french magazine "Photo" mainly.
Just another one. Nikon SP and Nikkor 28mm f3.5 and Tuulikkis Lumix with the Canon 25mm f1.8 - and the iced latte and Capuccino.
Two glasses of coffee in a café before heading home. A less-sweet iced mocha latte for me and a no-sugar iced latte for him.
