Last minute hike on the Falls Trail with Lori Deiter... Rte 118 Trailhead up to Ozone Falls (Glen Leigh) and back.
Three long exposures copied over to my retina MacBook Pro (over AirDrop) to create the panorama with Photomerge in Photoshop CC. Then copied back (over AirDrop) and processed with: Snapseed, Priime and Marksta.

So, the new iOS software is running the "portrait" mode in the camera now.
This shot is from that mode.
No editing, just my sig added in PS.
It does a decent job IF.... I repeat IF.... the subject is fairly simple in shape and the colors are different.
Hair is tough. It doesn't work very well unless the person has a very short, tight cut.
For simple still life, this will work very well. For people, it'll be a roll of the dice.

My favorite part of the iOS 10 update is the ability to shoot in RAW format (with 3rd party apps). No more blown out highlights. It's not as good as my DSLR especially in how noisy the image is, but I'm pretty impressed.

A photo that I shot in RAW with ProCam on the iPhone 7 (Black) and edited in Adobe Lightroom (non-mobile). Unfortunately, I switched apps (to Obscura) when I proceeded to search for a better composition. This was unfortunate owing to the fact that I had not yet activated RAW capture in Obscura, so all of the better scenes were recorded in decidedly unwieldy JPEGs.
Looking on the bright side, I suppose that this was a good illustration of why RAW capture is such a boon for iPhone photographers. High dynamic range scenes, such as I had here with the dark foreground and the bright parts of the sky at sunset are almost impossible, at least for me, to adjust in post. But this RAW capture handled quite nicely. There's noise in the sky, but the colors aren't weird, despite boosting of vibrance and adjusting the white balance towards magenta.
A relaxing afternoon tea with friends after a little drive out of Canberra along the Federal Highway.
Our first visit, so enjoyed a relaxed time and long wander around the beautiful gardens.
Have tried for days to post to Flickr and just found these posted overnight from the iOS14 iPad after I logged on from the iOS10 iPad using Safari, which has been impossible on the mini iPad...
Looks like Flickr fixed the issue overnight so the images loaded then..
Have been busy posting some more during the day...
