The double electric fences between parts of Auschwitz. For some a reminder of their daily horror, and for others a last resort.

Having decided to have another play around with the macro lens this time for a 2nd attempt, I was looking for something with vibrant colours and a bit of character. I didn't however expect it to be an elastic band ball!

Taiga one of the adult Amur tigers casually relaxing less than 3 feet away from me. Just after I took the shot she turned and faced me dead on and stepped right towards me.....I may have fallen backwards at that point!
My first attempt at playing around with a crystal ball for shooting. Interesting to say the least with plenty of other attempts before this one came out!

After realising she wasn't camouflaged Lena decided to relax up in her tree. There she decided to nap for what felt like hours...
