0.8 Seconds of wave action at Hurdle door beach.
Using a LEE little stopper to get the longer exposure
Drag backs of the waves at Durdle Door beach .. although some have pointed out that the famous landmark looks like a drinking dragon... thoughts?
Taken unison LEE filters to achieve a 1 Second exposure to capture some wave motion
As the water gently streamed over its next hurdle, it then divided, flowing in two distinct directions.
This is at the East Toronto Track and Field Championships, where the fastest of Toronto's Elementary School kids get to do all those fun things kids get to do.

Lost in bokeh, Blackpool pier - super bokeh edition
In view are lights from the Blackpool central pier abstracted by bokeh, from the North pier, looking out over the wet sand, which reflects the light for our enjoyment.
This is a more abstract shot than usual, but I think the shapes and colours have grown on me, the pier and the Ferris wheel are nicely abstracted by bokeh. From the thumb you can probably tell what it is, while large it becomes more abstract, strange that isn’t it?
Shooting wide open, with available light, we can see the lights of the attractions beyond the old pier fencing.
The Final fence - RIP, below in comment...
I had rambled on about the question of some deep meaning to fences, and it being the last barrier before the weekend, but there are many barriers.
I've some ideas about doing 'final' fence shots, but while mooching around at the end of the pier in the darkness there was, what I can only imagine was a tribute, the sort of tribute or shrine like collections of flowers and toys that you find at the site of road fatalities.
In this case, and I’m only guessing here, there were withering flowers and a teddy bear that had been pinned to the dark at the end of the pier, and I think these will be for a 14 year old boy who sadly died while swimming near the central pier this summer.
I didn’t get a great composition, but I think the stark barrier between the sad, sad loss of a loved one and the all the brassy fun of the attractions beyond was deeply moving, so I thought I’d share...
Have a great and happy fence Friday! HFF!

I managed to capture this Brown Hare in a North Yorkshire field as the sun was coming up and shining across this field covered in dew. The Hares was having a great time chasing each other and having fun running up and down alongside a hedgerow.
A challenge to capture in focus as they were running so fast!
Thanks fore taking the time to visit my Flickr page. Happy to receive feedback / comments.
'weaving with nature' was the event at work today, this is my effort. Sadly the crab apple blossom has wilted on the way home! However, much fun was had by all.
Hoping this is the last hurdle for you beyond the screen. I will try to give pictures to brighten your day, you worked hard. Don't push yourself, get some rest. You did well :)
Such a great day, but the pub beckoned so once the light had faded it was time to put the camera away and get cracking, beer awaited...
