The cool and comfortable temperatures inside Lenox Square Mall proved to be very advantageous for competitive eater “Humble” Bob Shoudt on Sunday as he put away 41 Krystals and 5 Big Angus Burgers for a total of 66 Krystal Burger Points to take first place.
Shoudt is the first headline eater in the Krystal Square Off VI qualifying tour thus far to start with the Famous Krystal Burger and end with the Big Angus Burger. A risky strategy, but one that clearly paid off as he came in at only one point less than 2nd-ranked eater in the world Patrick Bertoletti’s 67 Krystal Burger count done at the Chattanooga Qualifier. It’s no doubt that Shoudt is in it to win this year’s Krystal Square Off VI World Hamburger Eating Championship.
The win in Atlanta guarantees Shoudt a seat at the final table in downtown Chattanooga on Sept. 27 next to fellow competitive eaters Joey Chestnut, Takeru Kobayashi and the KSO VI Qualifying winners to date: Patrick Bertoletti, Sonya “The Black Widow” Thomas, Hall “Hoover” Hunt and Eric “Badlands” Booker.

Monument format per un obelisc i que ha patit tota mena de modificacions en funció de la situació històrica del moment. Situat a la Plaça del Cinc d'Oros (abans Plaça Joan Carles I), a la cruïlla de l'Avinguda Diagonal amb el Passeig de Gràcia, és obra d'Adolf Florensa i Josep Vilaseca, originalment estava rematat amb una figura nua que sostenia un ram de llorer que representava la República, la I República. Inicialment estava dedicat Pi i Margall que va ser president de la I República. Va ser inaugurat l'any 1936 durant la II República. En produir-se la victòria del feixisme i i instaurar-se la dictadura franquista el monument va patir serioses modificacions ordenades per les noves autoritats municipals afins al dictador. La figura que rematava l'obelisc va ser eliminada i a la base del monument va instal·lar-se una nova escultura obra de Frederic Marès. El lloc que ocupava la al·legoria nua de la República va ser substituït per una àliga imperial, retirada uns anys més tard, mentre que l'escultura de Marès va romandre fins el 2011. El monument actualment ha estat desposseït de tota la simbologia, tot i que han instal·lat a la base un escut. Actualment algunes persones nomenen el monument "el llapis" perquè ha quedat l'obelisc sense cap ornamentació. El nom del "cinc d'oros" neix perquè el monument original tenia quatre fanals al voltant de l'obelisc, que feia recordar la carta de la baralla del "cinc d'oros" i això va fer que la ciutadania "bategés" el monument com el monument del cinc d'oros.

El nombre del "cinco de oros" nace porque el monumento original tenía cuatro farolas alrededor del obelisco, que hacía recordar la carta de la baraja del "cinco de oros" y esto hizo que la ciudadanía "bautizara" el monumento como el monumento del cinco de oros.

Went to the Wattle Festival in Hurstbridge yesterday. Parked up the Mid-Hurst end of Hurstbridge thinking the traffic would be easier. Got there late so it wasn't.
Fire station
First stop the new Fire station. Must admit I hadn't seen this before so popped inside to check out the kit. Got sized up by a large overall clad Koala. The overalls are clean meaning they have been re-certified and re-issued. Later on went past the old fire station down the road about 300m.

"Les autoroutes changent le visage de la France : artères économiques favorisant le développement industriel elles permettent de revitaliser des régions en perte de vitesse et de l'intégrer dans le mouvement général de l'expansion" Sur le plan européen elles vont combler le retard de la France et réaliser son insertion. Images de l'inauguration de l'autoroute entre Paris et Bruxelles par le président Georges Pompidou. Le reportage rappel que l'autre fonction capitale des autoroute est de favoriser la sécurité. Si le savoir faire des tailleurs de pierre est exploité, le plus spectaculaire est le relevage des ponts, comme le pont de Galliéni à Lyon, où 7 à 800 tonnes d'acier sont sorti de l'eau avec des moyens de l'époque. En avril 1945, il reste 5 700 ponts à reconstruire soit 200 000 tonnes d'acier, 600 000 tonnes de ciment, 250 000 m3 de bois, 10 millions de journées d'ouvrier, prix de l'effort de reconstruction.1945

One of the largest battles of the American Revolution took place in the fields and forests that now make up Monmouth Battlefield State Park. Sieg im Niederösterreich-Derby bringt neun Punkte Vorsprung auf Tabellenschlusslicht! Die kleine Erfolgsserie von Wr. Neustadt gegen Admira ist am Samstag, 15. März endgültig gerissen. Bei der Admira ging die Pfeifenberger-Elf nach drei Siegen en suite als 0:3-Verlierer vom Platz. Benjamin Sulimani (10.), Lukas Thürauer (31.) und Stephan Auer (81.) trafen für die Admira, die damit einen weiteren wichtigen Schritt in Sachen Klassenerhalt machte: Der Vorsprung auf Schlusslicht Innsbruck beträgt bereits neun Punkte.
Die Admira, die erst nach dem Seitenwechsel ihre Halbzeitführung rechtfertigte, zog zudem einen Schlussstrich unter die schwarze Serie gegen die Wiener Neustädter: Erstmals nach fünf Niederlagen hintereinander vermochte man im Niederösterreich-Derby wieder zu punkten. 1.950 Zuschauer in der Südstadt sahen zu Beginn eine neuerlich gefällig agierende Wr. Neustädter Truppe, die vor der Pause mehr vom Spiel hatte, aufgrund der hohen Effizienz der Gastgeber aber mit einem 0:2 in die Pause ging.
Der SC Wiener Neustadt fand durch Thomas Fröschl (3.) und Stefan Stangl (9.) die ersten guten Möglichkeiten vor, Sulimani aber traf: Nach einem weiten Pass von Windbichler berechnete Mally den Ball schlecht. Sulimani scheiterte im ersten Anlauf, Schicks Versuch nach Abpraller wurde auf der Linie abgewehrt, erst dann traf der Ex-Norwegen-Legionär (10.). Es war bereits das fünfte Tor seit seiner Rückkehr im Winter.
Die Gäste hatten in der Folge durch Christoph Freitag (20.) und Dennis Mimm (25.) die Gelegenheit zum Ausgleich, „klingeln“ ließen es aber neuerlich die Admiraner. Nach einem Ballgewinn von Wilfried Domoraud an der Mittellinie kam Thürauer weit vor dem gegnerischen Kasten an den Ball und ließ Neustadt-Goalie Thomas Vollnhofer beim Flatterball schlecht aussehen (31.).
Anstatt mit einer weiterhin guten Leistung die Trendwende herbeizuführen, gab Neustadt nach der Pause das Spiel völlig aus der Hand. Durch Fröschl (46.) hatte man nach dem Seitenwechsel nur noch eine einzige Chance, den Ton gaben nunmehr ausschließlich die Hausherren an. Das 3:0 ließ aber auf sich warten. Richard Windbichler verfehlte das Tor knapp (55.), Sulimani traf nur die linke Stange (57.) und Auer das Außennetz (69.). Letzterer durfte dann aber doch noch über sein erstes Saisontor jubeln: Im Finish tankte sich der 23-Jährige bis zum Sechzehner vor und schoss von dort ebenso unbedrängt wie trocken ein (81.).

This series also scheduled to exhibit in “International Conference on the Rohing-ya Crisis in Bangladesh: Challenges and Sustainable Solutions” by North South University, Dhaka Bang-ladesh and “International Conference on Sustainable Development 2019” by Ontario International De-velopment Agency - Harvard University, Boston, USA.
Photographer made a significant contribution in development of research “Forced migration of Rohingya the un-told experience” and designed the study using geo-spatial techniques. Using his skill, research team were able to efficiently collect data from 3,320 Rohingya households. He also co-authored a book “Forced Migration of Rohingya: The Untold Experience” in 2018 and research report “Rohingya mass exodus: Who should pay compensation and how much?” This research considered one of the largest sample data on refugee population.

Arizona is a state in the Southwestern region of the United States, sharing the Four Corners region of the western United States with Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Its other neighboring states are Nevada to the northwest and California to the west. Arizona is the 48th state and last of the contiguous states to be admitted to the Union, achieving statehood on February 14, 1912. Southern Arizona is known for its desert climate, with extremely hot summers and mild winters. Northern Arizona features forests of pine, Douglas fir, and spruce trees; the Colorado Plateau; mountain ranges (such as the San Francisco Mountains); as well as large, deep canyons, with much more moderate summer temperatures and significant winter snowfalls. There are ski resorts in the areas of Flagstaff, Sunrise, and Tucson. In addition to the internationally known Grand Canyon National Park, which is one of the world's seven natural wonders, there are several national forests, national parks, and national monuments.
Arizona is home to a diverse population. About one-quarter of the state is made up of Indian reservations that serve as the home of 27 federally recognized Native American tribes, including the Navajo Nation, the largest in the state and the country, with more than 300,000 citizens. Since the 1980s, the proportion of Hispanics has grown significantly owing to migration from Mexico and Central America. A substantial portion of the population are followers of the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Arizona's population and economy have grown dramatically since the 1950s because of inward migration, and the state is now a major hub of the Sun Belt. Cities such as Phoenix and Tucson have developed large, sprawling suburban areas. Many large companies, such as PetSmart and Circle K, have headquarters in the state, and Arizona is home to major universities, including the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and Northern Arizona University. The state is known for a history of conservative politicians such as Barry Goldwater and John McCain, though it has become a swing state in recent years.

The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in Arizona, United States. The Grand Canyon is 277 miles (446 km) long, up to 18 miles (29 km) wide and attains a depth of over a mile (6,093 feet or 1,857 meters).
The canyon and adjacent rim are contained within Grand Canyon National Park, the Kaibab National Forest, Grand Canyon–Parashant National Monument, the Hualapai Indian Reservation, the Havasupai Indian Reservation and the Navajo Nation. The surrounding area is contained within the Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni – Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument. President Theodore Roosevelt was a major proponent of the preservation of the Grand Canyon area and visited it on numerous occasions to hunt and enjoy the scenery.
Nearly two billion years of Earth's geological history have been exposed as the Colorado River and its tributaries cut their channels through layer after layer of rock while the Colorado Plateau was uplifted. While some aspects about the history of incision of the canyon are debated by geologists, several recent studies support the hypothesis that the Colorado River established its course through the area about 5 to 6 million years ago. Since that time, the Colorado River has driven the down-cutting of the tributaries and retreat of the cliffs, simultaneously deepening and widening the canyon.
For thousands of years, the area has been continuously inhabited by Native Americans, who built settlements within the canyon and its many caves. The Pueblo people considered the Grand Canyon a holy site, and made pilgrimages to it. The first European known to have viewed the Grand Canyon was García López de Cárdenas from Spain, who arrived in 1540.

Grand Canyon National Park is a national park of the United States located in northwestern Arizona, the 15th site to have been named as a national park. The park's central feature is the Grand Canyon, a gorge of the Colorado River, which is often considered one of the Wonders of the World. The park, which covers 1,217,262 acres (1,901.972 sq mi; 4,926.08 km2) of unincorporated area in Coconino and Mohave counties, received more than 4.7 million recreational visitors in 2023. The Grand Canyon was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979. The park celebrated its 100th anniversary on February 26, 2019.

Is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 108.6 km² and a total population of 8,752 inhabitants (2006).
The municipality is composed of 15 parishes and is located in the district of Viana do Castelo.
The town was founded by King Denis of Portugal in 1321 and today is mainly known and visited due to the international biennial of art[1] that takes place in the town since 1978
Between the river and the mountain, Vila Nova de Cerveira is located on the left bank of Minho River, which establishes the border with Spain, and is limited to northeast with the municipality of Valença, Paredes de Coura to the east, Ponte de Lima to the south, and Caminha to south-southwest.
The name of the village is explained by a legend.
"Once upon a time... there was a stag (deer) that was chosen by the Gods of Olympos to become a King. And so the stag decided to move, together with other stags, to this uninhabited territory that began to be known as "Terras de Cervaria" (Land of the Stags). Many years flew past. Fights, skirmishes, and disasters gradually devastated the colony until only the King Stag was left. According to the legend, when the noblemen from Asturias came down during the Reconquest to conquer what was to become the Condado Portucalense (Portugal), a young noblemen challenged the King Stag to a face-to-face duel. And the old Lord accepted. The duel took place among the trees and weeds on a trenched site. And, so the legend tells, the King Stag swept to victory! He kept the nobleman's flag that turned to be the King's coat of arms. But the Gods deceived the old King. He wouldn't be immortal... Tired of living and ill, the old Lord died in the loneliness of the crags and with him disappeared for good the Terra da Cervaria."
But the legend wasn't forgotten and the coat-of-arms still bears a golden passant stag in silver armour standing in a green field.

Vila Nova de Cerveira (conhecida frequentemente apenas por Cerveira) é uma vila portuguesa no Distrito de Viana do Castelo, região Norte e subregião do Minho-Lima, com cerca de 1 300 habitantes.
