En este video, hablaremos sobre cómo puedes reconstruir la atracción con tu ex para que después puedas recuperar su amor y retomar la relación de pareja.
1. Olvida las palabras, la lógica y el razonamiento, aprovecha sus emociones.
Esta es la única forma de hacer que tu ex sienta amor nuevamente hacia ti. Las personas no son impulsadas por la súplica, la mendicidad y la disculpa. Tu ex verá esto como que tu eres muy débil, y eso en una persona NO es muy atractivo.
Un ser humano sea hombre o mujer se siente atraído por otro ser humano que demuestre seguridad. Así que trabaja en ti mismo, toma algún tiempo para ti lejos de tu ex, y luego deja que te recuerde.
2. Para reconstruir la atracción con tu ex, ignora a tu ex.
Tu ex necesita algún tiempo para dejar de lado cualquier sentimiento negativo que pueda tener hacia ti. Tiene que extrañarte. Sigue con tu propia vida, enfócate en tus cosas personales por un tiempo – ignora a tu ex.
30 días es un tiempo genial – debes ignorar a tu ex y dejar que te eches de menos, que te extrañe. Esta es la única manera segura de impulsar sus emociones y son las emociones lo que le hará desearte.
3. Muéstrale que te gustan otras personas – usa los celos encubiertos.

4. Recuérdale los buenos momentos que compartierón. Envía un texto.
Si puedes recordarle los buenos momentos que compartierón juntos, volverás a tocar sus emociones y es más probable que te contacte. Enviale este texto ‘hola queria preguntarte cuál era el nombre del restaurante donde tuvimos nuestra segunda cita?
Quiero llevar a alguien allí, y recuerdo lo estupendo que era’. Esto hará que su memoria funcione a través del tiempo y sí sí sí, él o ella te extrañará.
Debes saber, que probablemente necesitará más tiempo que tu, para procesar y trabajar en sus emociones. Las personas somos distintos. Perseguir y sofocar con atención sólo hara que se aleje más.
Así que para reconstruir la atracción con tu ex debes dar un paso atrás, debes darle un poco de espacio, luego de forma inteligente golpear sus emociones.

A fine evening, but sadly most of the shots are really sub-standard (hand-held, low light stuff). Nevertheless, I include them in an effort to capture the spirit of the night.

Industrial pallet cleaned up, broken and missing boards replaced, and a board added to the "bottom to retain soil. There is a 1/2" PVC irrigation system inside running through the center internal board. The vertical pipes feed to horizontal pipes that have tiny hole drilled into them to water the lower portions of the garden. Cover all sides and the bottom first with yard/weed cloth and then with burlap. I poked a holes through the burlap and yard cloth so I could tie it to the fence so it won't fall over. Now it's ready for potting mix. Be sure to pack the soil down so it is completely full. These took just over 3 cubic ft. I cut small holes through the burlap and yard cloth and packed the soil back to make room for the seedlings. I stuffed each seedling into a hole, and pulled the burlap into place just under the leaves.
I stapled the plant ID tags to the pallet so I can rememeber what everything is. If you're going to plant edibles in your pallet as I did, be sure to find one that was heat treated as opposed to fumigated with pesticides. More info on pallet treatment at Palnetusa.

The Jefferson Market Library was open to the public last 10.12.13 during Open House New York. Waiting time to go up was about an hour and you have to climb 149 steps up the spiral staircase, but it was so worth it. Great views of Manhattan from up the tower!

Oculto entre los árboles de un tranquilo barrio cercano al centro de Coyoacán, el Ex - Convento de Churubusco aún conserva las marcas que los cañonazos inflingieron a sus muros en una mítica batalla de la guerra mexicano - estadounidense, muros que hasta nuestros días se yerguen airosos como testigos de la historia y como guardianes de uno de los espacios más importantes de la memoria nacional.
El Convento de Churubusco, palabra que proviene del náhuatl "Huitzilopochco" que significa lugar del templo de Huitzilpochlti, tiene sus orígenes en los primeros años del siglo XVI, al establecer los recién llegados misioneros franciscanos un centro de evangelización en lo que anteriormente había sido un poblado prehispánico que databa del año 1065 d.C. Para su construcción los misioneros emplearon como en muchos otros casos de nuestro país, las mismas piedras de los templos prehispánicos para la realización de los distintos espacios religiosos, quedando el templo dedicado a la advocación de Santa María de los Ángeles. Años más tarde, el convento pasó a manos de los misioneros dieguinos, también conocidos como franciscanos descalzos, que con el paso de las décadas y gracias a los donativos de varios personajes del periodo virreinal, pudieron agregar nuevos espacios y mejorar las instalaciones con que contaban. Así el conjunto se encuentra integrado por una capilla y un área de habitaciones y claustro protegidos al norte con una huerta con árboles frutales, ventilando e iluminando sus espacios por medio de tres patios interiores así como por las huertas y el patio del descanso localizados al sur del convento.
Durante 1847, en plena intervención norteamericana, el convento fue designado sitio estratégico, razón por la cual funcionó como base de operaciones para el ejército mexicano para la defensa de la Ciudad de México, sin embargo el 20 de agosto de 1847, este convento fue escenario de una cruenta batalla en la que participaron las tropas mexicanas apoyadas por el famoso batallón de San Patricio que desde entonces hermana al pueblo de México con la República de Irlanda.
Posteriormente, tras la nacionalización de los bienes del clero, el convento pasó a manos del gobierno mexicano que tras varios años de abandono lo convirtió en el Museo Nacional de las Intervenciones, mismo que abrió sus puertas en 1921 y en el cual se exhiben distintos objetos de gran valor histórico de las distintas invasiones que el país sufrió durante el siglo XIX, en un extraordinario marco histórico que sumerge al visitante en la apasionante historia de México
Adicionalmente en este conjunto se pueden conocer como eran los interiores y la vida diaria de las órdenes religiosas de la Nueva España y se pueden apreciar notables espacios como el Templo de San Diego, que alberga un espléndido altar churrigueresco, así como los distintos patios y jardines que nos transportan al pasado y que constituyen una pausa en la vida cotidiana. Asimismo en este sitio se llevan a cabo diversas representaciones artísticas y culturales a lo largo del año con diversas temáticas que aprovechan el magnífico escenario histórico en el que se presentan.
La entrada al museo tiene un costo de 30 pesos y el domingo la entrada es gratuita. El templo se encuentra abierto al público de manera gratuita todos los días.

El Dr. Eire es Profesor de Historia y Estudios Religiosos T. Lawrason Riggs de la Universidad de Yale. Nacido en La Habana, Cuba, vino a los Estados Unidos en el Programa Pedro Pan y se graduó de Bachiller en Artes en la Universidad de Loyola, Chicago (1973). Luego, en la Universidad de Yale obtuvo los grados de Master en Artes (1974), Master en Filosofía (1976) y PhD (1979). Él ha sido Jefe del Departamento de Estudios Religiosos de la Universidad de Yale (1999-2002), y ha recibido entre otros honores el título de Doctor Honoris Causa en “Humane Letters” en la Universidad Midland, Fremont, Nebraska (2013) y en la Universidad de Massachusetts, Darmouth (2015). Dr. Eire es autor de 6 libros, entre los cuales se encuentran Waiting for Snow in Havana: Confessions of a Cuban Boy (The Free Press, 2003) que ha sido traducido a 12 idiomas incluyendo el español, y Learning to Die in Miami (Free Press, 2010) también traducido al español. While working in the shop this morning I was really "jealous" about the nice sighting on board Ribeira Brava of 4 species in just 3 hours. But also my tour in the afternoon brought us very nice sightings. So we saw 6 different species of cetaceans today, not counting in the FLYING FISH neither the CORY'S SHEARWATERS we saw, adding this two "non cetaceans" we would have had 8 different species of animals for today! On board Stenella we had a non stop sighting trip, and when we came on land it took a while for everyone to "digest" their sightings, after that I was able to give away a little bit from my knowledge about the animals. After a trip free Saturday our Sunday was filled with travelling PILTO WHALES, feeding SPERM WHALES and happy ATLANTIC SPOTTED DOLPHINS.
