نظرة عامة على سوق العملات
تستمر اجراءات البنك المركزي في السيطرة على العناوين الاقتصادية هذا الاسبوع. فبعد قطع سعر الفائدة من البنك المركزي الصيني، قرر البنك الهندي قطع سعر الفائدة بمقدار 25 نقطة اساس ليصل الى 7.50% عن طريق هذا القرار المفاجئ الذي يهدف الى “تعويض التأخير في تدعيم النظام المالي” و يتزامن هذا مع اعلان الموازنة العامة من رئيس الوزراء الهندي (سيكون ارتفاع عجز الميزانية متوقع ان يكون له رد فعل عكسي). وسوف يساعد هذا القرار الدولار الأمريكي USD/ الروبية الهندي INR على اكتساب المزيد من القوة الى 61.7664 (مستوى تصحيح فيبوناتشي ينسبة 61.8% لحركة الارتفاع من مايو الى ديسمبر 2014)، حيث ستؤدي التوقعات بمزيد من القطع في سعر الفائدة الى عكس معدلات الرغبة في المخاطرة تجاه الروبية الهندي INR على المدى المتوسط.
في استراليا سجل الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ارتفاع الى 0.5% كمعدل ربع سنوي في الربع الرابع (من القراءة السابقة عند 0.3% و مقابل التوقعات بقراءة 0.6%)، ولا يزال المعدل السنوي مستقر عند 2.5% في نهاية الربع الرابع (مقابل القراءة السابقة عند 2.7%). انخفض الدولار الاسترالي/ الدولار الأمريكي AUD/USD الى 0.7796 (المتوسط المتحرك اليومي 21) في سيدني مع عمليات البيع المكثفة في اسواق الاسهم . ولا يزال لاتجاه قصير الاجل ايجابي مع تباطؤ الزخم. وتوجد مقاومة قوية عند منطقة 0.7950/ 0.8000 (المتوسط المتحرك اليومي 50، وقمة الاتجاه الهبوطي من اكتوبر 2014 الى فبراير 2015).
سجل الاقتصاد الكندي نمو بنسبة 0.3% كمعدل شهري و%2.8 كمعدل سنوي في ديسمبر ، ليحد من تباطؤ الناتج المحلي الإجمالي السنوي، الذي سجل%2.4 كمعدل ربع ستوي في الربع الرابع مقابل التوقعات بنسبة 2.0%. ومقابل القراءة السابقة ند%2.8. وقد انعكس معدل النمو في الربع الثالث الى 3.2% من%2.8 كمعدل سنوي. وتعتبر هذه النتائج متوافقة تماما مع توقعات البنك الكندي عند 2.5%. وبينما لم ينتهي خطر التأثير السلبي من انخفاض أسعار النفط، إلا ان التوقعات بقطع سعر الفائدة للمرة الثانية قد تلاشت. وتشير التوقعات بأن يقرر البنك ان يكون سعر الفائدة مستقر عند%0.75 في اجتماع السياسة النقدية اليوم.
وقد ارتفع الدولار الأمريكي USD/ الريال البرازيلي الى اعلى مستوى جديد له خلال 10 اعوام عند 2.9342 وسط اشاعات بأنه لم يتم التوصل الى العرض المالي لتقليل الضرائب. وتتوق الاسواق الى ظروف مالية أقوى في البرازيل ويعطى فريق روسيف هامش بسيط. وإن استمرا التوترات السياسية فسوف تبقى التذبذبات في سوق الفوركس مرتفعة، ولن يكون هناك خيار امام البنك البرازيلي سوى باستمرار التدخل في السوق عن طريق برنامج سواب في سوق الفوركس للحد من تجدد التوترات السياسية في اسواق الريال البرازيلي. ومن المتوقع ان يرفع البنك البرازيلي من سعر الفائدة بمقدار 50 نقطة اساس لتصل الى%12.75 في اجتماع اليوم. ومن المحتمل ان يؤدي تضييق السياسة النقدية اليوم الى الحد من ضغوط البيع على الريال البرازيلي بينما قد يؤدي تجدد ضغوط البيع الى استمرار اندفاع هذا الزوج الى المستويات التيكان عليها قبل بيانات التوظيف الأمريكية (سوف يتم الاعلان اليوم عن تقرير التوظيف الأمريكي بالقطاع الخاص ADP ، وسيتم الاعلان يوم الجمعة عن تقرير التوظيف الأمريكي بغير القطاع الزراعي ومعدل البطالة).
يتماسك اليورو/ دولار أمريكي EUR/USD في نطاق تداول ضيق عند 1.1164/86 بينما تراجع الباوند البريطاني/ الدولار الأمريكي GBP/USD الى 1.5340/72. ومن المقرر لاعلان عن قرارات اسعرا الفائدة من البنك المركزي الأوروبي (ECB) و البنك البريطاني يوم غد. وبينما توقفت ارتفاعات الاسترليني بسبب الحديث قبل الانتخابات، إلا أن معدلات الثقة تجاه اليورو لا تزال سلبية مع استمرار سيطرة الاضطرابات في اليونان على عناوين الاخبار الاساسية.
وقد قام البنك الدنمراكي ببيع 168.7 مليار كورونا دنيماركية في فبراير للدفاع عن اليورو/ الكورونا الدنيماركية EUR/DKK بعد مبيعات شهر يناير بمقدار 106.6 مليار. وقد ارتفعت احتياطيات العملات الاجنبية الى 737.1 مليار كورونا دنيماركية لشهر فبراير (مما يمثل 40% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في البلاد).

We celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied and multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.

Después de su presentación en Madrid hace unos meses y su periplo por otras ciudades españolas, Rojo presentó su obra al público hispanoamericano en la librería Books&Books de Miami (Florida). El libro pretende romper con los falsos mitos sobre la Historia de España trasladando al público hispano al conocimiento de sus raíces
El prólogo y las pinturas que ilustran el ejemplar de los 36 relatos son obra del pintor de batallas Augusto Ferrer-Dalmau. El epílogo es del Marqués de Ovieco y Valdegema, descendiente primogénito del militar Blas de Lezo, héroe de la batalla de Cartagena de Indias, quien venció con sólo 6 barcos a una flota inglesa compuesta por 195 navíos.

Washington National Cathedral, whose official name is the Cathedral Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, is a cathedral of the Episcopal Church. In 1792, Pierre L'Enfant's "Plan of the Federal City" set aside land for a "great church for national purposes." Construction began on September 29, 1907, when the foundation stone was laid in the presence of President Theodore Roosevelt and a crowd of more than 20,000. Construction lasted 83 years. The last finial was placed in the presence of President George H. W. Bush in 1990.

We celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied and multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. Há dez dias, indígenas Guarani Mbya retomaram suas terras ancestrais no Arado Velho, no bairro Belém Novo, Porto Alegre. Desde então, veem-se ameaçados — inclusive com armas — pelo empreendimento que quer privatizar a área e expulsá-los dali para que deem lugar a duas mil casas em três condomínios de luxo.
Foi num sonho que a terra chamou, e isso o homem branco jamais entenderá: ele que insiste em expulsá-los para as periferias de suas cidades barulhentas e poluídas ou cercá-los em um só canto, tirando-os de seus locais sagrados, é surdo já, não escuta; o chamado da terra, porém, impõe-se com clareza a quem sabe ouvir: estava ali, no Arado Velho, bairro Belém Novo, Porto Alegre, a terra usurpada – apenas uma delas. E era hora de retomá-la.
Assim que um grupo de Guarani Mbyas navegou pelo Rio Guaíba até as areias sagradas, sabendo ir ao encontro do que sempre procuraram, atentos à convocação do território. Ao desembarcar, o cacique Timóteo Karai Mirim olhou a mata verde e as árvores cobertas de barba de bode — que, ainda que parasitas, deixavam o cenário ainda mais bonito: que alegria!, que tranquilidade!, sentiu, de coração leve. Os pés estavam enfim postos no chão do qual jamais deveriam ter saído. O grupo avançou algumas dezenas de metros e montou acampamento.
Contudo, logo nas primeiras noites, aquelas de frio mais intenso, uma visita pouco agradável: homens armados, dizendo-se policiais, ameaçaram os índios e os empurram de volta à orla — área pública na qual os Guaranis se viram cercados. Ali montaram uma vez mais suas barracas, duas lonas azuis grandes seguras por paus de madeira, propiciando algum teto para proteger da chuva. O ataque dos supostos policiais tem explicação: no território ancestral indígena, um empreendimento de luxo pretende construir três condomínios fechados com cerca de duas mil casas; a presença Guarani por óbvio é incômoda.
Desde a chegada indígena, na sexta-feira, dia 15/6, seguranças privados circulam pela área, fotografando e filmando a movimentação do grupo e, além disso, a de qualquer pessoa que se aproxime dali, inibindo a chegada de ajuda e doação de roupas e alimentos. Os pescadores da região foram ameaçados para que não façam o transporte de apoiadoras e apoiadores até a área (para que se evite a parte já privatizada, onde a passagem é bloqueada, é necessário que se percorra um trecho pelas águas do Guaíba). O barco que ajudou na travessia dos indígenas foi misteriosamente destruído.
O projeto dos condomínios de luxo levanta muitas controvérsias: ainda em 2015, houve uma alteração no Plano Diretor de Porto Alegre para que se ampliasse em 12 vezes o número de casas permitidas na área da Fazenda do Arado Velho, território em disputa. Tal mudança foi feita sem nenhuma consulta popular: não houve sequer uma audiência pública para debater a questão. A decisão arbitrária foi mais tarde suspensa pela Justiça, exatamente pela ausência de participação popular. Também tramita uma acusação de fraude na parte geológica do estudo apresentado pelo empreendimento.
Mas a terra chamou, e ela não prioriza os interesses privados de empresas que querem somente o lucro; pelo contrário, protege-se deles: a presença indígena é a garantia da preservação e do equilíbrio ambiental na região. Um empreendimento megalomaníaco, promovendo a mega-concentração de casas, carros e pessoas, além de privatizar a natureza do Arado, tão rica, certamente acabaria por degradar o lugar. Para se ter noção, como o terreno ali é baixo, seria necessário aterrar uma área equivalente a 200 campos de futebol para a construção de ruas e casas — com a utilização de cerca de um milhão de metros cúbicos de terra. E para carregar essa terra toda seriam necessárias 125 mil caçambas de caminhão. O impacto que isso causaria é devastador.
Mais que isso, o empreendimento pretende agora expulsar os indígenas de suas terras sagradas: sítios arqueológicos datados da era pré-colonial foram encontrados na região do Arado Velho, com diversos artefatos, ferramentas e cerâmicas típicas dos Guarani, mostrando que ali estavam estabelecidas aldeias inteiras até a invasão do homem branco.
Mesmo nas noites frias e escuras, Timóteo não teme o enfrentamento com os interesses de grandes corporações: sabe estar seguro pelo espírito de seus ancestrais, verdadeiros donos do território. Logo na primeira noite na Ponta do Arado Velho, seu tio os viu, cercando o grupo e zelando por eles. Ora, de nada adiantam metralhadoras contra os ventos e trovões e tempestades que o homem branco terá que enfrentar; as balas não podem sangrar a natureza sagrada, e isso Timóteo sabe bem. Por isso, sente-se alegre e tranquilo: é esse o sentimento que descansa no coração daquele que sabe estar em seu lugar, enquanto medo e ameaças fazem sombra no coração do invasor.
Olhando as crianças que brincam nas areias, duas delas suas — e todas elas vigiadas ameaçadoramente pelos seguranças privados —, Timóteo esboça um sorriso leve ao dar uma longa tragada em seu petynguá: está exatamente onde deve estar; o chamado da terra fora ouvido. Alegria e tranquilidade mesmo: afinal a retomada, como a própria palavra indica, apenas deu ao índio o que é, e sempre foi, do próprio índio.
