Villa Purple counts three rooms, one with garden view, and the other two are accessible by the terrace that leads to the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a semi open bathroom, with a very spacious bathtub and basins made in traditional stone. The bathroom in the second bedroom has a very original bathtub dug in the floor. Last but not least, the third bedroom with shower is detached from the main house. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have a Plasma screen TV.
A group of us have been training for the Outriders century bike ride for the last two and half months. The 128 mile ride starting Boston and ending in Provincetown - all in one day. Here we are at the start at 6am. Everything went our way - beautiful day and no problems. We finished at 3:55pm - 45 minutes earlier than we had previously. Congrats Guys! We made a great team.

I came up with Fukuro Chan trying to find a solution to the 120 millions plastic bags used each DAY in Japan. By bringing a simple inanimate object to life we start to appreciate the value of things and understand where things come from and where do they go once their use has come to an end.

Constance Baker Motley has been a pioneer in both revolutions -- as civil fights Lawyer, New York state senator, Manhattan borough president, and federal judge -- and now she sheds new light on the great events of the 1950s and 1960s.Constance Baker joined Thurgood Marshall's legal team at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund in 1945 while still in law school becoming one of a small group of women lawyers of the period. David gegen Goliath: Admira schlagt den Titelfavoriten aus Salzburg souverän!
Der FC Admira Wacker Mödling hat am Sonntagabend, 10. November 2013 zum Abschluss der 15. Runde in der tipp3-Bundesliga powered by T-Mobile für eine Sensation gesorgt! Die Admira schlagt souverän den FC Red Bull Salzburg mit 3:1 und beendet damit auch Salzburgs Serie von 33 ungeschlagenen Spielen. Die Admiraner besiegten den mit zehn Punkten Vorsprung voranliegenden Tabellenführer deutlich, Rene Schicker (54.) und Schösswendtner (61.) waren jeweils per Kopf erfolgreich. Mane gelang für die Gäste noch der Anschlusstreffer (68.), doch der eingewechselte Ouedraogu sorgte für die klare Entscheidung (82.).
Die Admiraner gingen die Partie so beherzt an, wie sie sich das vorgenommen hatten. In der 8. Minute fanden sie die beste Chance der ersten Hälfte vor, als Schicker nach Vorarbeit von Thürauer und Auer über links aus rund zehn Metern am langen Eck vorbeischoss. Die Salzburger kamen vor dem Wechsel nur zu einigen Halbchancen, wie durch Leitgeb und Mane, auch wenn sie wie erwartet die technisch feinere Klinge führten.
Nach dem gerechten Pausenstand nahm der bisher erfolgreiche Europa-League-Teilnehmer das Heft in die Hand, Goalie Kuttin rettete die Admiraner vor Svento mit einer kleinen Heldentat vor einem Rückstand. Doch entgegen dem Spielverlauf in Hälfte zwei waren es die Gastgeber, denen die ersten Tore gelangen - und beide Male nach Standardsituationen mit Kopfbällen per Hinterkopf.
Zunächst traf Schicker nach Freistoß von Daniel Toth, es war sein fünfter Saisontreffer (54.). Sieben Minuten später trat Schicker zum Eckball an, seine Hereingabe verwertete Schösswendtner (61.). Salzburg-Keeper Gulacsi muss sich an diesem Treffer eine Teilschuld geben. Doch seine Vorderleute machten noch einmal Dampf, um die sich ankündigende Niederlage abzuwenden.
Weitere sieben Minuten später schrieb der Titelfavorit dann auch an. Berisha gab innerhalb des Strafraums von rechts quer auf den zuletzt gesperrt gewesenen Mane, die Rettungsversuche von Schwab und Kuttin kamen zu spät (68.). Der Ausgleich lag in der Luft, doch aus einem Konter sorgten die Admiraner für die Entscheidung. Ouedraogu überhob Gulacsi überlegt, sein Heber landete im langen Eck (82.).
Es war Admiras erster Sieg gegen Salzburg nach acht Duellen, bei drei Remis hat es fünf Niederlagen gegeben. In der Südstadt gewann Salzburg seit Admiras Aufstieg 2011 weiter nicht (bisher letzter Sieg am 13. Mai 2006), drei Remis stehen zwei Niederlagen gegenüber. Zuletzt hatte Salzburg in der Liga am 24. November 2012 mit einem 1:3 in Ried verloren. Für die Admira war es der nächste Heimsieg gegen einen Großen nach einem 2:0 gegen Rapid und einem 1:0 gegen die Austria.
Der Erfolg gegen Salzburg war aufgrund des großen Kampfgeistes absolut verdient. In den nächsten Tagen geht es für die Admira nun darum, auf dem Grünen Tisch die abgezogenen acht Punkte zurückzubekommen. Derzeit beträgt der Rückstand auf den Vorletzten Innsbruck noch sieben Punkte, Salzburg liegt zehn Zähler vor Rapid und Ried.

Based in Hartford, Connecticut, Guakía, Inc. is the premiere Puerto Rican cultural center in southern New England.
Our mission is "to provide a focal point for the promotion of the cultural identity and heritage of Puerto Ricans in the United States through the advancement of the groups' history, language, music, arts, literature, and other cultural characteristics; and to establish a center that will serve as a clearinghouse for the study, celebration, and exposition of the Puerto Rican/Hispanic culture available to all residents of the city of Hartford and the capital region."

To be the premier non-profit Hispanic arts, cultural and humanities organization dedicated to enriching the value of the Hispanic community by promoting, preserving and celebrating its cultural heritage and diversity.
To help our youth develop a strong sense of self, maximize their talents, acquire vision, internalize learning and in turn impact others in a positive way, fostering harmonic diversity in our community. Founded in 1983, Guakía is the most prominent arts and cultural organization in Hartfords Hispanic community. The word, guakia, means we in Taino, the language of the original inhabitants of the Caribbean (pre-Columbus). The word guakia signifies the unity of the Hispanic community no matter where individuals may be living. Volunteer parents who felt that their children had lost contact with the traditions of their culture and heritage founded Guakía. They felt their children needed to connect with their heritage in order to develop a sense of pride, community and self-esteem. Originally, Guakía was focused on the culture of Puerto Rico, however in recent years, as the community has become more diverse and the needs have shifted, Guakías mission has been broadened to include all Hispanic cultures. Using a curriculum based on both Puerto Rican and Latin American music, dance, and art forms, Guakía provides a wide array of visual and performing arts initiatives such as folkloric dance, painting, ceramics, traditional Hispanic music, and art classes. The early sacrifices of parents, volunteers, and teachers gave Guakía strong roots in the Puerto Rican culture. These roots have now expanded and sprouted like a beautiful tree with many branches and leaves to include all Hispanic cultures.
The thing that we'd seen sticking up from the rocks was a weather station, with a webcam. We sat in front of it, enjoying the view from the highest peak of the park and watching the last of the sunlight fade away. I hope someone saw us through the webcam and wondered what two guys were doing out in the middle of the park so late.
Today was AWESOME. I got my first roll of film developed my from AE-1, got a new iMac, had a relatively productive photo shoot, got some new shots for the website, a band I did some promos for seem to be signing a record deal..... all good n da hood.
Now only if my baby felt better. Get better soon!

Admira holt wichtigen Punkt gegen Sturm Graz! Der FC Admira Wacker Mödling und Sturm Graz haben zum Frühjahresauftakt der tipp3-Bundesliga powered by T-Mobile die Punkte geteilt. Die Admiraner gingen beim 1:1 am Samstagabend, 8. Februar 2014 vor eigenem Publikum durch das erste Saisontor von Lukas Thürauer (72.) in Führung. Der eingewechselte Marc Andre Schmerböck traf jedoch vier Minuten später zum Ausgleich (76.). Allerdings hatten die Referees davor ein Abseits übersehen.
Der Tabellenneunte Admira baute damit den Vorsprung auf Schlusslicht Wacker Innsbruck um einen weiteren wichtigen Zähler auf nun zwei Punkte aus. Sturm verliert die vorderen Plätze hingegen weiter aus den Augen, die Grazer fielen sogar auf Rang sieben zurück. In der kommenden Runde wartet auf die Steirer das Heimspiel gegen Salzburg, die Admira trifft erneut zu Hause auf Rapid.
2.850 Zuschauer fanden sich in der BSFZ-Arena ein. Bei der Admira war Benjamin Sulimani wie erwartet Reserve, die Grazer vertrauten gänzlich auf Bewährtes. Trainer Darko Milanic ließ Florian Kainz überraschend zunächst auf der Bank, David Schloffer begann links im Mittelfeld. Andreas Hölzl kam in der Viererkette zum Einsatz, da Martin Ehrenreich (Adduktoren) und Aleksandar Todorovski (Muskelzerrung) verletzt passen mussten.
Die Partie bot danach intensive Zweikämpfe, richtig in Schwung kamen beide Teams aber nur langsam. Sturms erster Schuss auf das Admira-Gehäuse fiel in der 29. Minute durch Robert Beric, Manuel Kuttin hatte keine Probleme. Wenn die Gäste gefährlich wurden, dann aus Standardsituationen: Nikola Vujadinovic verpasste einen Kopfball nach einer Ecke nur knapp (34.).
Aufseiten der Admira versuchten Stefan Schwab und Lukas Thürauer, Linie ins Spiel zu bekommen. Bis auf einen Flachschuss von Rene Schicker (31.) konnten sich die bemühten Admiraner aber kaum gefährlich ins Angriffsdrittel vorarbeiten. Kurz vor der Pause fanden beide Mannschaften noch gute Möglichkeiten vor. Wilfried Domoraud fand seinen Meister zunächst in Pliquett, nach Sturms Gegenstoß setzte Daniel Beichler den Ball knapp neben das Tor.
Nach Seitenwechsel erarbeitete sich die Admira mehr Spielanteile. Ein Schuss des kurz darauf ausgetauschten Schicker wurde von Vujadinovic zunächst im entscheidenden Moment geblockt (57.), ein Auer-Fernschuss strich knapp über die Latte (63.). Von Sturm kam auch nach der Hereinnahme von Kainz offensiv vorerst viel zu wenig.
Thürauer beendete schließlich die Torsperre, nachdem ihm ein abgefälschter Auer-Schuss vor die Beine fiel. Sturm antwortete mit der Hereinnahme von Marco Djuricin und dem Ausgleich zwei Minuten später. Dem Treffer von Schmerböck, nach einem wuchtigen Schuss, ging jedoch ein Abseits von Passgeber Beric voraus. Die Admira suchte danach noch vergeblich das Siegestor. Immerhin blieben die Niederösterreicher zum fünften Mal in Serie gegen Sturm ungeschlagen.
