We thought it would be cool to 3D Model the revolutionary Lexus Hoverboard in a range of sizes. Unfortunately this one doesn't hover but its still a great fun model.

I thought of dressing up as Marty McFly this Halloween, but didn't have time to get anything together, so I just wore my shiny rainbow cap, which I already owned. While wandering around Pearl Street, I saw this guy, wearing an almost perfect costume but with NO HAT. I made sure to remedy that situation, if only for the time it took to take this picture.
This is Tom Brindle, the Denim Dwarf. He's made from Satyr Art Studio's RT Adventurer Space Dwarf - Badger, with a smoke trail modified from one designed for a Space Marine jumppack by Deadly Print Studio.
This model is inspired by a small piece of artwork in the original Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader rulebook, of a Squat holding a hoverboard with the phrase "Slam Sector" scrawled onto it. I like to envision Slam Sector as an urban racing sport played in dystopian future cities between a variety of colourful characters - including the Denim Dwarf, obviously. Now if anyone wants to turn that into an actual game, please do!
A hoverboard (or float board) is an anecdotal suspending board utilized for individual transportation, first depicted by creator M. K. Joseph in 1967 and advanced by the Back to the Future film establishment. hoverboards

HEY YOU G.U.Y.S (give us your sweets)
In the year 2045 a lot of things are different, yes they have hoverboards, flying cars and self lacing shoes, but somethings do not change.
One thing that has not changed is Halloween, yes of course they have hologram sweets, hologram hoverbikes and massive robotic sweet collecting hands, but the core element behind the event still runs strong through their blood.
The HEY YOU G.U.Y.S (G.U.Y.S stands for 'give us your sweets') strive to continue the tradition of knocking on doors and saying the immortal lines 'trick of treat'. They are the best of the best, albeit assisted by hologram elongated arms and robotic friends, but they really are the best, top of the pops, king of the castle, nobody beats them in the art of candy extraction.
The HEY YOU G.U.Y.S resin Halloween figures will consist of 6 members of the HYG, 1 or 2 super secret characters (it's secret) and also a BOSS character, who is the nemesis of the HYG crew!
The HYG crew stand at 4cm tall with masks off, and around 7 - 9cm tall with masks on. Each figure will be sold seperately, comes with own packaging and will have some tesselate stickers bundled in with the package.

My bro-in-law riding on my #hoverboard carrying one of my godsons. See the blue light coming from the hoverboard? #HappySunday #GoodEvening
Riders will need to be at least 16 years old and must wear bicycle helmets. The law also requires the boards be equipped with reflectors and lights for nighttime use.

Hoverboards (which, for the record, don't really float) are two-wheeled, battery-fueled machines that look like skateboards, and can move at paces more noteworthy than 10 miles for each hour.
I had cause to swing by Sandy on the way home to drop some stuff off with Fred, and I was happy to be greeted at the door by Ethan hovering on his hover board.
Not a great name, as of course they don't hover, but he does seem to have mastered control of it very quickly.
He demonstrated out on the driveway, and then gifted me a wonderful comedy moment as Mike asked for a go and Ethan stealthily glided backwards like a mischievous Bishop Brennan!
My conversion is made from a 6.5 inch hover-board wheel with built in motor, part of a Razor scooter frame, a control board for the motor and a potentiometer on the handlebars in a camera film plastic case.36volt hover-board battery but will work with 24v OK.I have just fitted a reverse switch on the film case.
From hoverboards and levitating trains to energy-saving power lines and faster electronics, superconductors are being used to create futuristic next-generation devices.
And for boisterous 25 year-old PhD student Frederick Steven Wells, from UOW’s Institute for Superconducting and Electronic Materials (ISEM) and School of Physics, this important research field could not be more exciting.
