The first Personal Mobility Festival was held on November 20th at Sinchon’s Car Free Road in western Seoul. The festival, which promotes the use of hoverboards, electric skateboards and electric unicycles as well as other forms of personal transport which is becoming more popular and can regularly be seen on the city streets. The festival was well attended with attendees learning about these new forms of transport as well as watching races whilst 20 million won’s worth of prizes were offered up during the festival to lucky winners.
