And you don't seem to understand

A shame you seemed an honest man

And all the fears you hold so dear

Will turn to whisper in your ear

And you know what they say might hurt you

And you know that it means so much

And you don't even feel a thing

I'm not really a blogger, and have no honest aspirations of crowding bloggers for what they do. But when it comes to something that tickles my brain in all the right ways, it's an honest pleasure to have the opportunity to do just that.

I know you want me

Every day, not only when you're lonely, yeah

You see, you think you know me

But you don't even know nothing about me, yeah

You see my thick thighs

Lost when you look into my brown eyes

See, my little waist can make you switch sides

You never know the devil in the disguise

So why don't you stand up, baby, and

Tell me, tell me, tell me do you want me on top?

So let me show you, show you, show you, I don't need to back it up

Don't wanna hold ya, mold ya, scold ya

Split you in half with my heart

I just wanna love on you, trust in you, honour you

Please do the same on your part

And you're beautiful, you're beautiful, girl.."

This girl has the most beautiful green eyes I've ever seen. I promise, i have not edited their colour in any way.

Well, considering a real lack of sleep, it felt great to be out and about on such a beautiful morning after all the over stuffing at Christmas.

Couldn't have asked for any better conditions to be honest. Not much wind, no ice, no rain, a few clouds and some really nice sunshine. What a way to recharge the batteries before returning to work.

This is the second of my challenges taking place at my parcel, Noshinima's Neighborhood. After a month of brainstorming for ideas and working and creating, my new challenge to all of you is finally complete and ready for visitors. This is a new concept I am showcasing on my Flickr, where I challenge 50 great artists to do a photo shoot in the backdrop I created at my home sim.

For the second challenge, I created a large city park, filled with trees, flowers, a fountain and many recreational areas for people to relax and have fun in. I am challenging the names tagged in this post to do a shoot within my city park anywhere they like and however they like.

Rules and details:

1) I (Noshinima Midas) tag 50 names of great photographers on Second Life. Said photographers that choose to participate in the challenge can come over to my parcel, Noshinima's Neighborhood (link below) and do an image anywhere in my park. You will be allowed two hours to use any posestands or props that you would like to add and are allowed to bring any friends you want to join you in your shoot. You are also allowed to make the shoot as safe or as adult as you like. The only rule is that you do the shoot within the city park. Take your time to have a look around to see where in the park would make a great place for your image.

2) Upload the finished image onto Flickr and place the hashtag #NoshsHoodChallenge2 on either the title or the description.

3) From there, tag 10 of your friends names (no more, no less) of people that you would also like to see do this challenge that has not yet been tagged by me on this post. Link them to this post and explain the rules to them as well. They must also tag 10 of their friends that they would like to see do this challenge if they themselves choose to participate as well.

I am available every day. If anyone has any questions, comments or would like help in their shoots, be sure to contact me on Flickr or Second Life.

To be honest, I have never read the manga Sailor Moon (nor watched the anime), but when visiting the Sky view at Mori Tower, Roppongi, they had an exhibition about the series (I suppose because it had started 25 years earlier) and the exhibition had a large and enthusiastic audience. The exhibition included a shop where you could buy anything related to the series (from the manga to pens and cookies), and these two life-size figures of the main character Sailor Moon (Usagi Tsukano) and Tuxedo Mask (Mamoru Chiba). I suppose they were primarily there for getting your photo taken with them, but...

Quite blown away by this spot to be honest. For such a tiny cove it gives up possibilities for epic images - when the light is playing ball!

I definitely did not pose the seaweeds over the rock, but does add some (slightly messy) foreground interest.

Much photographed in Glencoe. This is the usual weather to be expected when spending a few days in Scotland. Little chance of dramatic colour in the skies - but when it does.....

The image conveys an authentic, intimate, and vibrant atmosphere. The black-and-white photography strongly emphasizes expression, gesture, and interpersonal interaction, rather than external details. The moment of communication between the singer and the musician in the foreground is particularly striking—it appears spontaneous, focused, and emotional.

The composition is well-balanced: the foreground suggests closeness and dialogue, while the band members in the background create depth and clarify the musical context. The slight blur in the background enhances the impression of dynamism and movement, reminiscent of real rehearsals or jam sessions.

Overall, the photograph feels honest, unposed, and atmospherically powerful. It speaks less of perfection and more of the creative process, collaboration, and musical passion.

Honest Comments please & Thank you

In Colorado’s mid elevation zone (5,600 – 9,500 ft) , the

Ponderosa Pine stands as a woody guardian of the high plains and foothills that has watched over the landscape for centuries.

The Ponderosa’s foliage is a study in texture and sensory delight. It's stiff, yellow-green needles are remarkably long, reaching up to 10 inches, and grow in dense, brush-like tufts of three at the tips of its branches.

Now imagine standing beside this towering giant whose bark, etched like a rugged terracotta mosaic, has been soaking in the midday sun. As the heat seeps into its deep, terpene penetrated fissures, the air begins to transform.

The scent then emerging is a natural exhale of the forest...a surprising, golden sweetness that defies the usual sharp tang of most evergreens. It is the warm, comforting aroma of creamy vanilla and toasted butterscotch swirling together, as if the tree itself were a vessel for baking spices. This HONEST TO GOODNESS NATURAL perfume is a sun-drenched melody of caramelized sap and soft marshmallow, a wild confectionery treat hidden within the Ponderosa’s rugged, resinous soul.

Anayet and Arafita were the most honest and poor Pyrenean gods of the place, since they had been stripped of all the valuable and beautiful things: the pine forests, the paths ... They were poor but happy, since they had a beautiful and intelligent daughter who was called Culibilla.

Her beauty was such that Culibilla was wanted by all the Pyrenean Gods, but she was not interested in any of them and she rejected them all. She liked to play with some white ants who worked tirelessly in the Valley. The quantity of ants was so numerous that Culibillas baptized this place as El Formigal.

But one day the great god Balaitous, the most powerful of all, noticed her. Balaitous was very feared, when he was furious he caused storms that lashed the mountains. Culibilla was also not interested in this feared and evil god, and she ignored his offer. But Balaitous, who had never been rejected, flew into a rage and decided to go find Culibilla. When he came to kidnap her and take her away forever, Culibilla yelled "to me all the ants!" And millions of white ants came to her aid and covered her completely to protect her. Balaitous fled in horror and never came near Culibilla again.

As a thank you to the ants, Culibilla stuck a dagger into her chest to keep all the ants that helped her inside her heart. Now, the Peña Foratata is her chest and the inhabitants of the place say that when they walk through the Valley and approach the Peña, they hear the heartbeat of Culibillas. They say that since then no more white ants have been seen in the Valley.

So, how's your autumn going so far? ;o)

So yah I guess this might be part of a series I've been planning on doing but I'm not really sure. The series I'm doing is part of some annoying thing for school where we like make work based upon a thesis, but I have such terrible senioritis that it's hard to take anything seriously anymore, I've moved on to the cooper union crowd haha. But yah I was going to do like images that depict the search for something dead, like as in a physically dead creature. The whole purpose for me is to question death and if anything can truly die/ if we can revisit the dead and the ramifications of that. To be completely honest idek if I like this, and I wasn't planning on uploading it but whatever. I'm finally going to get a proper lens tomorrow and not have to be all ghetto off branding it and stuff.

Waiting...

Due to the El Niño (The Super El Niño that is forming in the Pacific) is going to hinder the storm development this year here in Nebraska.

I'll be honest. Our weather pattern here is not favorable for development of severe weather in 2023. June usually comes in with a boom. Simply it hasn't. 30 Day models right now have all the storms north & south of Nebraska. It is the Omega Bubble effect & Nebraska is Bullseye for 2023. So I'm gonna take what I can get.

I have been ailing a really bad back injury from years past. Hindered my chasing in mid to late May. Was unable to do so because I simply couldn't get into my truck.

Feeling better the first part of June I pulled out the cams out in front of the homestead & captured this nice early June storm here in south central Nebraska. Severe Warned but that was about it. Had some small hail & much need rain.

I enjoyed getting out & back on the Hunt!

Now, to be honest, I wouldn't have stopped working to take pictures of the dogs, as I'm still in a time shortage, but since the day before yesterday, some red Admiral butterflies (Vanessa atalanta) were still circling around the backyard, not much I saw it this summer, so I had to take the camera with me.

Haha, years ago, the last time I took the camera with me when working in the garden, it remained hanging on a tree, and over the night was heavy rain. Canon is a fabulous camera, it's still working.

Okay, let’s be honest: in this fit I feel dangerously hot. Like, the kind of hot that makes you walk different.

Everything I’m wearing? Fully intentional. I put it on to have fun, feel myself, and serve exactly the energy I want zero shame, zero chill.

The Rama Salon hair from the Lewd Station Event was the first piece I locked in. That icy white? It’s giving don’t test me. And trust me, I lean into that.

Then I slipped into the ABSENCE outfit from the Kinky Event and… yeah. Immediate “damn.” It’s sexy, bold, a little wicked literally the perfect kind of trouble.

Finished it off with the Corazon tattoos from MANHOOD Event because I always need that rebellious, bite-me vibe inked right on my skin.

I had so much fun putting this whole look together. And yes, I’m wearing it with the kind of confidence that says:

I know I look good try and keep up.

The wind stirs the wheat like your hand through my golden hair,

a gentle caress, a tender breath, wrapping me in endless care.

and in that simple, soft, and honest touch,

I feel the fullness of being near you … never too much.

I'm somebody who doesn't normally go out of the way for unit pictures, however I have been wanting to visit the photogenic West Coastway line for quite some time, especially as the veteran Class 313 are nearing the end of their lifespan; with the non-DDI compliant electros expected to be withdrawn from traffic imminently.

The 46 year old second-generation EMU, numbered 313206, approaches Yapton level crossing with the 2P38 14.09 Littlehampton-Bognor Regis Southern service in stunning Autumnal conditions. It's worth noting that the Class 313's are currently the oldest operational unit on the national network and, to be honest, have aged better than some third-generation units.

Another slide to digital conversion from my worldly walk about long long ago.

This is in Morocco, late 1970's.

Despite appearances, all these gents were actually very friendly. Honest.

My travel buddy at the time was another American girl. We'd gone to this town and in wandering around found this small, dirt road side street where the affordable "restaurants" were.....meaning cheap, and patronized by locals.

The proprietors of the restaurants are standing in the doors. Inside, it was just one small room, you sat on the floor on thick straw mats, ate off low tables, and there was always plenty of hot sweet mint tea.

We'd go to the open air market, buy veggies, potatoes, whatever we felt like, bring it back to one of these rooms and they'd cook an unbelievable tagine (stew) with it, in clay pots, in fire fueled ovens.

We'd drop off our purchases and come back in an hour, buy our bread here, and go in to eat.

We were the only females, but we were welcome and treated respectfully. We knew a few words in Arabic (very few), some of the men inside knew a few in English, but they spoke French and I was still a bit familiar with broken high school French.

What we couldn't say in words, we'd mime.

And we'd eat.

Some of the best meals I've had, and some of the most pleasant dining experiences.

Have a nice weekend.

I am a bit slow posting lately. I am exhausted from doing not much. I was told when I moved in that my unit was testing positive for a long time for Meth Amphetamine but was safe to live in now.

I recently found out that the unit I am in was a Meth Lab twice in a row. I did raise it with my housing person a while ago asking if they where being fully honest with me about things as my health has not been good. All I got back was silence. This coupled with many other things leaves me now trying to figure out how to get some samples tested at the property I am in and seeking legal advice.

I had a great time yesterday apart from the pain while out looking for subjects.
