He ran between the buildings, listening for pursuit. A faint sound behind him made him slip behind a statue.

He stepped back into the street.
A small figure waited ahead.

She stood alone, phase pistol raised, her stance perfect — too perfect. Voltar recognized it instantly. This wasn’t duty. This was personal.
Her eyes tracked him with a calm he had never seen in her. No tremor. No hesitation. Only the quiet satisfaction of someone finally confronting the person who had humiliated her, dismissed her, used her.
“Do not move,” she said. Her voice was flat. “Get on the ground.”
Voltar shook his head. “No. As your superior officer I order you to let me pass.”
“ON THE GROUND!” Ordered Bext.
Voltar paused for a moment then charged.
Bext didn’t flinch. She didn’t shout. She didn’t warn him again.
She fired.
The bolt hit him center mass — a perfect shot — and Voltar dropped instantly. She exhaled, not in relief, but in release. A small, controlled smile touched her mouth. Not triumph. Closure.
Avhol and several others rushed up.
“Did you kill him?” Avhol asked.
Bext didn’t look away from Voltar. “No,” she said. “He lives but he will feel that for a while.”
Her voice carried a quiet satisfaction, the kind earned only by settling a long-standing debt.
“He’ll talk at a tribunal,” she added. “Bind him. Get him to the ship.”
She holstered the pistol, still watching Voltar — not with pity, not with regret, but with the steady, unblinking calm of someone who finally got even.

Looking close...on Friday: Homemade
My husband likes pouches, carry cases, molle gear and the like, especially if they can hang from his belt and are exactly sized for whatever he wants to put in them. If he can't find what he wants, he might make his own, like this holster for mini-pens made of nylon webbing. For the photo I hung it from my own belt and had fun with the background colours.

LOL! Did a fun shoot today with Morris and Pia, no rhyme or reason, except to use a fake gun and a holster! After the studio shoot we decided to do a few last images in the alley beside the studio. I just let Pia shoot and got Morris to bounce off the wall bearing graffitti and the next thing you know a police cruiser pulled into the alley! Yikes, busted! You just never know what kind of trouble you can get into with these flickerites! All was well, we just got a warning! :)
Seriously. I am never taking this hat and my holsters + cap guns off. Real wild, wild West cowboys never did, right? It's me and Sheriff Seth Bullock in Deadwood!

Up for trade are some customs gun holsters that I have no use for. They are made of vinyl, very sturdy and durable, great for soldiers of all kinds. I have 8 pairs of white, 11 pairs of black, and 6 pairs of brown.
Myself at a April 05 Mississippi USPSA Combat Match with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Practical Shooters Assoc. and our pistol team - Action Pistol Team of New Orleans. I am sporting a custom built Kimber .45ACP - I built and smithed the gun myself, it has a 1 pound trigger and all the other bells and whistles to make it a flat shooter without a compensator. The belt is a CR Speed with a Ghost Holster and CM 10 Round mags with Safariland Speed Mag pouches.

We were in Spokane on the week end of the annual Pride Parade. So here come a lot of parade shots.
The parade had a police presence at the corner of Howard and Spokane Blvd. The purpose here was to ensure a small group of religious protesters (wing nuts) and the parade participants maintained their assigned separate space.
1) Get a pair of handcuffs then cut the the chain off.
2) Open up the cuff and wrap it around the corners of the leg at the side.
3) Place a thin weapon such as a knife in the slot.
4) Spread the word and leave credit!
