I took this image today. It was so cold, but the sun and the lines in this landscape took my attention over the thin layer of ice. The image was still a bit boring (in my opinion) so I used a texture and brightened my highlife for today!

just back from another wild weekend with my person. this time we found ourselves in stunning Costa Rica. Highlife Destinations did not disappoint. my better half went all out and booked us the Blanco House, complete with a private path that led straight to the beach. kite-surfing, tubing, ziplining… and sharks? oh yes. and that wasn’t even a quarter of what was on the itinerary. safe to say, we had a time. i’m currently in the process of convincing my man to go back. sooner rather than later. (other pics dropping on fb later.)
and now? back in my favorite place, his arms. nothing hits like a midnight dip in our private pool after a beach party. gotta rinse the sand off somehow. Smirks.

woke up the morning after an unforgettable anniversary surprise from my other half. today’s all about relaxing, back at one of my favorite places (his too, i’m sure). the beautiful Costa Rica.
when he asked what i wanted to do today, truthfully… after last night? i just wanted to float in a cool pool, soak up the sun, and stay close to the one who makes me smile like no one else. just letting the day be what it is. pretty sure we passed out mid-bliss, because i woke up to his stomach growling. that was my cue to get up and get moving. don’t worry though, the room’s always stocked with fresh fruit for moments like this. that’ll hold us over while we figure out what’s next.

Man, it was a good thing we got to cool off by the pool and celebrate our one-year anniversary in Costa Rica with Highlife Destinations. My girl thought she had me figured out—swore the surprise was just a dinner date. Little did she know I had a few moves up my sleeve. Safe to say, I took the W on this one.
Here’s a little glimpse of our morning after—just vibing, relaxing, and taking in every moment, one day at a time.

Had another amazing date weekend with my girl. We went to Highlife Destinations newest Costa Rican experience. We love their vacations that they offer and when we say Costa Rica, we had to go. Its on our bucket list. The house we booked called Blanco was gorgeously decorated. The views where amazing, and the fun and activities where on point. from Cliff diving down to sharks ( I know my girl loved that one) to para sailing, (I beat her in our race), Rock climbing (I lost, ..whatever..) and the lazy river together. Also , there are Lemures. There is a lot more stuff to do, but you will have to go see for yourself. Oh, their beach parties, amazing music, amazing vibe was one of our favorite parts. Go check it out. You will love it.

The Poconos Ski Resort - SL Destination 2022-2023, was created by High Life Destinations, and they did an outstanding job. Our stay was beyond fantastic, from the early check in, through communication with the staff members, to the very last day of our vacations.
