Photo taken in Eagle Hide Krzewent Poland. Very difficult session as the bird was nervous - apporached the hide 4 times but spent only like 10 seconds all together in front of it - last visit just before the sunset allowed me to take a few fast shots :)

I was on the way home from Kilbroney (see my previous shot) and had to stop the car when I saw this view and the patch of light moving towards this hill in the Mournes. I waited and then fired several shots when the sunlight stroked the summit rocks.

It's a lovely mini mountain, only 352m but a fine shape. I'll head up there soon but will have to leave Pippin behind as dogs are not allowed. Can you spot the people up there?

I don't really get on with The Roaches, but had a family Christmas meal to go to so was limited on time. For once, conditions (here) worked in my favour! The sun peeks out from behind Hen Cloud.

Hope you're enjoying this windy weather. A reminder that tripods are prone to blowing over with your camera attached, and breaking the lens 😑
