Exactly a year ago today when I became part of the Headbacker Division, When I applied as a headbacker, I knew for sure that my purpose was not just to teach or coach them, I knew in my heart that my purpose was to inspire them to become future leaders of our company. I am more than honored to express that there are 4 Cyberbackers on my rosters that were already a Headbacker. All the hardwork and effort during our coaching sessions are all worth it.

Even Though you feel like you are already fulfilled with seeing your Cyberbackers growing as what you want them to be, Cyberbacker will always reward you for all your hardwork- I knew these are just bonuses but look what I have received from being a 3-time Coaching Champ. Now I truly understood why I did not make it the first time around— God prepared me with something greater.

When I left my hard-earned-career with my previous company. TBH, I had nowhere to go. I had nothing in my pocket except the love and the support from my man and my son and the faith in my heart that one day I will be in a company wherein I can pursue my purpose.

Applying in the midst of the Pandemic was the hardest thing I ever faced in my entire career. Rejections after rejections. A "no" after a "no". Even if you had a very competitive job history, landing in a good company is no joke.

It was on my birthday when I tried to apply with Cyberbacker, my goal at first was just to secure a job because our expenses increased each day and we needed to manage back our cash flow.

I got hired and the rest became history.

Over the past year, I not only grew financially here, but also personally and professionally. Who would have ever thought that in a matter of a year, I am already leading my own team and driving them to their own success.

I have never been this proud of myself, it is true that throwing yourself to the unknown can be very rewarding and Cyberbacker made everything possible.
