Ingeniero, Tecladista, Productor, Educador y Tecnólogo Musical de corazón, Gus ha hecho música desde una edad muy temprana.

En el año 2000, comenzó como escritor "freelance" para la prestigiada revista "Keyboard Magazine"; en el año 2001, Craig Anderton le concedió el honor de crear y moderar "Nuestro Foro", el primer y a la fecha único foro en Español del website MusicPlayer.com; "Nuestro Foro" está hospedado en HarmonyCentral.com desde el año 2005. Escribió la columna "21st Century Recording" para la revista EQ Magazine, por un año entero, en el 2006 y ha sido contribuidor periódicamente para EQ Magazine (Ahora Electronic Musician), Keyboard Magazine y Sound:Check y Music:Life de Mexico.

Con su banda, WoM, lanzó dos discos: uno en USA con Universal Latino y otro en México con Iguana Records, presentando los sencillos "Déjate Amar" y "La Señal" con sus respectivos vídeos que tuvieron rotación en MTV Latino (Miami) y en toda América Latina por TeleHit y RitmoSon Latino.

En el año 2002 fue contratado por M-AUDIO (ahora una marca de inMusic) y desde el 2002 hasta el 2012 se desempeñó como el Especialista de Aplicaciones de M-AUDIO | Pro Tools para América Latina, de tal manera que su cara y su carrera son altamente asociadas con estas marcas y con la tecnología de producción musical contemporánea, gracias a las más de 800 clínicas, seminarios y talleres que impartió en más de 25 países, en tres idiomas distintos, durante su permanencia en AVID.

Actualmente se encuentra dedicado en cuerpo y alma a producir música para selectos clientes, manejar las redes sociales de inMusic, la empresa dueña de Alesis, Akai, Numark, Alto y M-Audio y está de gira como tecladista de la legendaria banda Chilena "La Ley" en su gira de reunión
