Oh dear I should be getting on with rubbing down the woodwork in the bathroom I’m painting but here I sit at the computer messing on with photos I took this morning. Nearing the end of May I realised yesterday I hadn’t be on the coast at a silly o clock this month. So the alarm was set for 3:30, I first woke at 2:30 and thought still got an hour but it felt like ages and I hadn’t dozed off, still 2:35. I still felt like I had got to sleep again when a mini driving on the wrong side nearly ran me of the road, then Clannad and Harry’s game started playing, better my alarm than a crash, it was 3:30. The sky wasn’t anything like predicted at least the tide and sea conditions was what I expected, but its was great to be out. I do prefer the coast this time of year, not a soul about, walking across the Leas skylarks singing over head, then one fly up from just under my size 10 wellies rudely force to join the dawn chorus above. This reminiscing is not getting the painting done so here’s a token photo from this morning to brag I’m hardcore I was up at 3:30 this morning.

McLaren P1 GTR at the NY Auto Show. The effort that goes into getting any quality shots on a non-press day is unreal.

All kidding aside, this is a composite I did from two images; the road/background image was taken earlier today up at Lake Tahoe. The McLaren was shot during a photoshoot last year. I purposely shot the road/background just for this idea with the McLaren. Enjoy!
