As the couch can be raised so high, I suggested that we should use; ‘I can now take your medical treatments to new heights!’ as the tag line for the news feature.

A weighted electro session with my wife Mistress Maggie's in her rubber clinic.

It was a fantastic session with: E-Stim Systems Electro Egg, ball weight with eye bolts, conductive rubber scrotal electrode, conductive rubber cock ring, all from an Erostek ET-312b. All rounded off by a gas mask with one of the poppers pump hoses I make and an inflatable butterfly gag.

Thank you for viewing. Do feel free to leave any comments or critiques - they will be much appreciated.

A couple of shots taken by Maggie during an electro and 'aromas' session.

This is the first time I have tried the Gas Station since I made it as I usually use one of my adapted hoses with a bulb pump.

The bulb pump on the Gas Station has now been extended to three metres to allow Maggie to administer doses from anywhere near her patient.

After I gave birth to Rafiqh, I planned to get pregnant again after Rafiqh 1 year ++. Furthermore, I gave birth through c-sect, which normally doctor/gynae will suggest us (c-sect mommies) to get pregnant after 2 or 3 years. Somehow it mean that it is not okey to become pregnant again too soon (less than a year). In my case, I never consult about family planning with my gynae. The last time I met my gynae was after my confinement period, I went to see her for final check up and to get a report letter that explained why I had gone through c-sect delivery as a reference to my next gynae when I get pregnant again later. (I think the letter will be refered by herself laa, hahaha). I have no idea why she didn't talk about pregnancy prevention at all...

At the first place, I have no intention to take any contraceptive pills or whatsoever methods to avoid the pregnancy. I hate pill course in many cases it may effect my milk production, harm my body and make my hormone imbalance. For other methods such as implant, IUD, injection and etc., I was so afraid to even hear the names, huhu... So, myLove and I decided to stick to "our method" - the natural method that people used to call it as "buang luar" (withdrawal in english, correct me if I'm wrong)... As you know, we took almost 2 years before conceiving a baby, we only used that method and we managed to control it at that time. When we were ready, it took us few months to concieve, lama jugak eden nunggu haa... Even though we did not taking any prevention, we also not looking forward to have another baby too soon. But yes, we are just planning, Allah decided the best. He decided this to us, and we are happy!

Talking about get pregnant too soon, in less than a year(11 months to be exact), I believe each person has their own health condition. The dangerous period is in the first 6 months, dikhuatiri jahitan akan terbuka bila rahim mengembang, but still it depends on that person herself. My body, only I know, and of course Allah knows the best. Selama ni kalau orang lain bercerita tentang kesakitan akibat kesan jahitan even anak dah berusia setahun pun, I tak tahu nak bagi komen/respon. I'm kinda lucky, I bersyukur sebab hingga ke saat ni I tak rasa sakit, kesan timbul jahitan pun dah tenggelam(baki 3cm saja lagi), hanya nampak segaris yang I cuba hilangkan parutnya guna pelbagai jenama bio-oils. Tipu laa kalau I kata tak sakit langsung kan, sakit tu masa 3minggu pertama saja, itu pun bila nak bangun dari posisi baring, selain dari tu tak pernah rasa sakit... Mungkin sebab tu laa I tak berapa terkesan untuk takut pregnant lagi.

Everything happen with a great reason. Murah rezeki...

Orang selalu tanya, apa reaksi Rafiqh nak dapat adik?! Dia tak faham apa pun lagi, bila sebut baby/adik, dia blur. Tapi kalau tunjuk gambar baby, dia sengih2. Kalau jumpa/nampak pulak, suka bukan main laa... Awal2 hari tu ada jugak dia meragam, tapi I tak rasa it is because of adik. Mungkin peralihan fasa saja kot, budak2 memang selalu berubah2 kan... In fact, dalam mabuk2 ni pun, I cuba untuk tak abaikan dia. I still masak macam biasa, layan dia main, walaupun tak boleh bergasak macam dulu, I tahu dia dah cukup happy bila I melayan dia. Cuma dulu bila dia tengok program NHK, I join main/menari2 bersama, tapi sekarang nak nyanyi pun I tak terdaya. Kadang2 I paksa diri untuk join jugak, but most of the times I just lay down beside him... Bila orang tahu I pregnant lagi, orang mesti cakap "best laa Rafiqh, lepas ni ada geng nak buat main". Haah, best laa kan, kalau sekarang buat kecah sorang2, nanti berdua pulak, boleh laa memunggah berjemaah, kan lebih afdhal?! hahaha...

For this pregnancy, I hope and pray for normal delivery... Please pray for us too, moga segalanya selamat dan dipermudahkan...

Update about Rafiqh Tsuyoshi...

- Sejak I muntah2 ni, Rafiqh selalu tunggu depan pintu toilet tengok mamanya muntah2. Sekarang dah pandai ajuk mama muntah, haha lawak okey. Tapi geram jugak kadang2, sebab over sangat!

Biasanya I tinggalkan dia sambung kerja tu, tapi half way je laa, bila agak2 dah nak penuh bekas tu dia tunggang balik. Tensyen!

- Dia minat kumpulan Arashi! Oh tidakkkkkkkkkkk! I kureng gemar Arashi, in fact I memang tak suka pretty boys. Tapi anakku ini, tak tau sesat mana datangnya, boleh minat budak2 tu, dia akan tunggu tengok siap baring lagi bila diorang menyanyi, kalau tengok iklan sampai terlopong mulut. LOL

Oh dear, mana laa kau belajar ek?!

- Word in japanese yang dia boleh sebut ialah "oppoppai"(=breast*, refer to nak menyusu) dan "chiccai"(=small, siap dengan gaya jari nak menekankan makna kecil tu). Kadang2 dia sebut "chiccai oppoppai", hahaha, tak senonoh betul!

- Kalau biasanya budak besar dia dah pandai suap makanan sendiri, Rafiqh memang tak berminat. Dia prefer disuap. Bila I letak cornflakes, buah dll ke dalam pinggan and told him to feed himself, instead of pegang dia suakan mulut dia ke dalam pinggan, macam kucing okey. Adoi laa... Tapi yang buat I geram tu, bila jumpa foods atas lantai, pandai pulak kutip buh dalam mulut. Mana laa mamanya tak bertukar jadi hijau kan?!

- Suka ambil remote control tv, on kan then mute kan, lepas tu sambung buat kerja sendiri. Apakah?! I harap sangat ada orang cipta remote yang boleh lock, sure I beli, hahaha...

- Bercakap bukan main lagi sekarang. Dia akan bercakap pot pet pot pet lepas tu ketawa, cakap lagi ketawa lagi, berulang2... Apa yang lawak sangat pun kami tak faham. Kalau ketawa sikit2 tak apa lagi, ni ketawa sungguh2 macam bergurau. Lastweek masa I tengah bersembang dengan my mom over phone, my mom tanya Rafiqh main dengan siapa? Sakan betul bercakap dan mengekek ketawa. I cakap dia main dengan bantal masa dia baby dulu, memang dia gitu pun. Mak geram betul sebab dia tak habis2 ketawa, sampaikan suara I pun tak dengar, tenggelam dengan suara dia tu. Mak I boleh kata "ish, anak hang ni kawan dengan anak jin kot"... Berdekah2 kami ketawa... Anak jin pun boleh lari dengar dia ketawa mak, hahaha...

Rafiqh macam babies lain, suka kalau dapat keluar bersiar... Kalau ada peluang(bila I dah settle semua kerja dalam rumah), I tolak dia dalam stroller ke taman permainan depan rumah, bagi dia tengok budak2 Jepun main dan lari sana sini, bukan main seronok dia, tergelak2...

Tak susah nak bawa Rafiqh travel, sebab kalau naik kereta dia memang suka tidur. Senang laa kalau nak jalan mana2 nanti, good boy!

...sambungan entry lepas...

When I told my parents what my gynae said, I knew how they felt especially my mom. That night, my mom panggil tok bidan datang, untuk perbetulkan kedudukan baby. Ada orang kata, bahaya... Tapi I nekad nak betulkan jugak, lagipun baby I bukan songsang, cuma sikit ja nak betulkan. Biasanya bidan memang ada kepakaran ni, even doctor and senior nurse pun boleh buat sebenarnya.

Being a mom, walaupun anak dah besar panjang, she always care, she keeps thinking and worried about me, until she could not slept well the whole night. Serabut sungguh, I prayed for Allah helps.

Selepas berbincang, abah cadangkan supaya I went to other doctor to get the 2nd opinion. 2hari kemudian, a day before the specific check up, my mom and I went to meet a famous gynae in Ipoh(paymentnya punya laa mahal, huhu). Pagi tu sebelum subuh, I dah mula rasa contraction tapi tak kuat. Sakit dah datang, I told my mom and myLove. So we did preparation in case petang tu jumpa doktor boleh bersalin terus, angkut beg dan barang2 letak dalam kereta. Dalam duk sakit2 tu, I still merayap dengan adik2, pergi photo-shop to pick up my pictures which I sent a week before, boleh pulak bersembang sambil susun dan tengok album2 lama, gelak2 lagi. My mom nampak kelam kabut buat itu ini, dia harap sangat I boleh bersalin normal. Then I drove to nearby minimarket, bought some groceries and ready-made foods for my sister and brothers yang akan ditinggalkan bertiga je kat rumah. Lepas solat, I drove to ISH. Tapi, contraction dah tak sekerap pagi... Selepas cerita ala kadar dengan doktor, he did the detail check up and position baby was already perfect, but he still didn't engaged. Dia seluk masuk untuk check bukaan rahim, 1cm dah terbuka, then check tulang pelvik, katanya nothing wrong with my pelvic, tak tajam, should be able for normal delivery. But finally he gave the same result. Baby yang terlebih besar, that's the problem. Both gynae said, boleh kalau nak cuba normal jugak, tapi kena tunggu sampai baby engaged, tak boleh induce suka2 hati, sebab kalau paksa baby, takut something bad happened. Dari elok2 normal, nanti jadi cacat pulak. Nauzubillah... But true, my mom's friend, her daughter faced the same problem like mine, but they forced the baby, ends up cucunya punya tulang kepala "rosak", mukanya sedikit senget. I don't want to take any risk.

Malas nak tunggu lagi. Dah tak sabar nak jumpa baby. Syukur, myLove amat memahami, dia sokong saja, he trusted my decision... Walau seluruh dunia mengecam tindakan I, dengan hanya dia di sisi, I can fight with the whole world, ecewah!

Actually, my baby tak laa besar sangat pun. 3.61kg saja masa lahir. However, according to both doctors the baby size didn't fit mine. Tu jer. Futhermore, ukuran lilit kepala baby tu yang besar, so tak lepas masuk tempat sepatutnya. Memang betul pun, masa Rafiqh lahir, kepala dia bulat betul, hinggakan doctor tak dapat nak tarik keluar pakai tangan, kena pulak pakai forsep!

The next day, I pergi serah diri untuk dibedah, hehe. My gynae did final check up, jalan dah buka 3cm, tapi baby still tak engaged. Doctor booked OT keesokan harinya. Ingatkan boleh terus masuk OT, tak boleh rupanya, nak kena book laa hapa laa, ceh. Balik rumah, my youngest bro dah buat muka bosan, dia boleh kata, laa tak beranak lagi. Ingat bawa balik baby dah, kahkahkah sungguh hampeh budak tu, mulut tak ada insuran betul!

Malam tu, semua buat solat hajat semoga segalanya selamat. Semalaman perasaan ni tak menentu. Tak boleh tidur langsung, macam2 fikir. I called my pil, in-laws and beberapa orang lain untuk inform tentang my operation, minta maaf dan minta doakan both of us selamat. My dad yang kerja di Penang balik. I mula puasa pukul 6 pagi dan ke hospital pukul 7 pagi with my dad and sis. Lepas register yada2, masuk wad, satu demi satu prosedur dibuat, pukul 11 pagi I dah ditolak masuk ke satu ruang sebelum masuk OT. Perghhh takut sungguh, my mom jer ada time tu. Doa terakhir I, moga Allah lindungi, rahmati dan limpahi keberkahan buat abah, mak, myLove, my family and of course my baby...

Bermula laa penderitaan sejurus I masuk. I dibiarkan dalam tu menunggu giliran dibedah. Kena baring terlentang. Sejak pregnant, mana pernah tidur terlentang, hanya ibu hamil jer tahu seksanya baring terlentang, sesak nafas tau! Dalam hati ni dah tak larat nak doa supaya cepat2 I dibedah. Sakit habis satu badan ni dibiar terlentang macam tu. Seorang demi seorang nurse, doktor, pakar bius, pembantu pakar bius bla bla datang perkenalkan diri dan beri briefing, sign documents and everything, masa untuk I masuk OT pun sampai. Nasib baik laa I ni rabun, tak payah laa I tengok segala-mala alat pembedahan, hee seram woo... I cuma nampak jam dinding, hampir pukul 1 petang...

Tak lama selepas drip dipasang pada tangan, I rasa loya nak muntah. Habis tenaga punya duk muntah, rupanya my body gave reaction pada ubat bius, so ubat lain diganti... Bila dah ok, I memang lemah habis, longlai... I pernah dengar orang kata orang yang nak dibedah sepatutnya tak boleh muntah, it's dangerous. Masa tu I ingatkan dah nak mati dah...

I really felt uncomfortable... Sesak nafas macam nak pecah dada. I dengar suara doktors dan nurses berbual, I knew sometimes they were talking to me, but I blur, I could not focused! Otak I ligat berpusing, rasa serik nak beranak lagi. Bila baby dah dikeluarkan, pakar bius told me "hey look, your baby dah keluar, chubby". Then, I heard his voice...

Pakar bius tukar ubat lagi. Then, baru I stable... Menangis jugak laa masa tu sebab panik dan takut... Nurse dah selesai cuci baby, dia bawa tunjuk pada I, dia dekatkan baby untuk I cium, alhamdulillah, sejuk hati melihatnya selamat... I tak mampu nak bercakap, no more energy, dalam hati I beri salam dan wish welcome to real world, my baby...

Selesai jahit, I ditolak keluar ke ruang luar untuk diawasi. Badan menggeletar kesejukan, tindak balas terhadap ubat... Sejuk sungguh sampai katil pun bergoncang. Nurse selimutkan dengan beberapa helai kain, masih tak berkesan. Nurse siap pakaikan selimut elektrik untuk panaskan I. Lebih sejam di situ, kondisi pun stabil... I ditolak ke bilik... Keluar dari OT, I saw dad, mom, sister and brothers... Tapi I still weak, so masuk bilik I tidur dan rehat lagi...

Faith cried this morning when she saw her brother go out with Grandma for breakfast. She had to stay home for her ABA therapy. She is now quite conscious of us going out without her.

So when we got home from our busy morning that included a visit to the gynae, the wife and I called ahead to tell our helper to dress Faith up for a short outing.

When we reached home, she had her pretty pink dress on and was even wearing her pretty shiny shoes. And the look on her face and body language told us she knew she was going to go out, and she had been waiting patiently in her outing clothes and shoes, for our return.

For her patience, she was rewarded with a little Hagen Das ice cream (a very, very rare treat because of her strict autism diet), and also a short walk at the nearby mall.

She looks like she almost knows what she wants to order from the menu. In fact, when we tried to tempt her with her favourite fruit, banana (which was a topping we chose deliberately for the ice cream we shared), she pushed my hand away when she saw there wasn't any ice cream on it.

Smart girl.

I would've blogged this Live from where we were, but the M1 GPRS and 3G network have been down all day. Which sucks.

Had our monthly gynae appointment in the day. Everything is fine and baby Kristen is growing well! Thank God :)

Decided to head down to Changi Boardwalk in the evening and have a go at the sunset. We reached there pretty early so took the chance to explore the place a little and took some casual portraits.

Taken with 5DMkII + 35L wide open.
