Today, August 24, Greta has died, 😢, she couldn't move on.
We met in the street, she was a 4 or 5 month old puppy, malnourished, hungry and in a sorry state. I fell in love with her happiness, intelligence and, above all, with her eyes.
For 11 years those eyes have been fixed on me, and mine on her, I am thankful for having found her, she was special.
She will always be with me, rest in peace. ❤❤❤

Black-tailed godwit - Uferschnepfe - Limosa limosa
"Greta" is the low German nickname for the black-tailed godwit. I'm just back from an amazing trip with tons of images to review and sort out. The first one I would like to dedicate to my dear friend _Oh my god Greta_ 😊
Playing with the background, this dog loves being photographed, and since he can hardly walk, it must be done at home.
I have given it a warm tone, but it is just its color. and with the temperatures of this week's heat wave. It's perfect

The glass winged butterfly (Greta oto) is a Latin American butterfly species from the noble butterfly family (Nymphalidae). [1] [2] It is one of the very few butterfly species with completely transparent wings, except for the edge areas, which is also the property that gives it its name.
