And there, sunning herself in one of my gladiola, was this lovely jumping spider.

The nice thing about jumping spiders is that their eyes are fixed, like ours, on the front of their heads, to give them excellent binocular vision. (Possibly those other things are eyes too, which would make it, um, quadocular vision!).

Anyway, since they can see so well, this one was quite able to see me approaching with my camera. And so, as any good jumping spider knows to do, it faces the threat.

That is why you can always take a photo of a jumping spider's face!

Kebab Twins - Kleptikos and Periwinkle the henchmen of Helmut the Hot Dog Man

Today's regulation chess match was interrupted by a streaker racing across the field of play. When police apprehended the nudist the only statement he gave was "Sorry."

*GASP!* One spectator is shocked and appalled by the sight of a naked marker running across the field.

Take a look at this beautiful SU2CV car complete with Frite Gunner Kommandant before I put it back in the box. Great vinyl figure designed by Will Sweeney and produced by Amos Toys in collaboration with Three Zero. I am one of the lucky 50 owners of this toy and a huge fan of Sweeney’s Tales from Greenfuzz.
