The Grey Ghost continues his strikes against the impoverished City of New Orleans...wasting your tax dollars by painting over removable and or cleanable artwork. (Okay...not all of it is artwork, I concede, but most of it is still cleanable).
This is just in the Lower Garden District...the French Quarter Collection is coming up next.
If you want to improve your city, start by helping your city, not causing it more damage!
This is what it looked like after Fred allegedly tagged what appears to be a Section 8 and a mystery sticker. The round sticker peeled right off. But, as you can see with the cheaper quality sticker, there were some issues getting the rectangle off
Shot in RAW converted to TIFF in in Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 with no manipulation then saved in JPG formatt to upload to Flickr & sharpened in Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9.
