** This small section of RHS Hawlow Carr really caught my eye . The garden has a stream running through it, these plants were planted close to the water.

It was taken in June 2020 a day I will not forget it was the first public event we had been to following the first Covid lockdown

Well we are on day xx of quarantine.... I honestly don’t know anymore. I’m grateful for my health and my family’s health! But I still need more exercise. I’ve been climbing our stairs (and I feel it working) while trying to walk and stay busy moving. What are you doing to stay physically active indoors??
