Alki Ride details and graph. I rode with the COGS today. Great people and they really pushed me. I rode to the start at Gas Works Park and then from there to Alki, back to Gas Works and then home. The part where I was with COGS is where you can see my heart rate elevated in the middle, they worked me hard. Great fun and a wonderful day.
