Money Tailor? So the tape measure bit, does that green bit represent wealth and fill up? Because the scale is descending, which would mean that the bigger the green got the less money you had. And the bread? Is this a borrowed stock photo about dieting?
The spreadsheet I use to track commutes (mostly for the purposes of getting transit reimbursement) lends itself to a lovely pie chart like this one. FWIW, April 11 was the tipping point from bus back onto the bike.
The graph shows the direct relationship between Body Mass Index and the amount of Time Spent Watching TV/Movies. As one increases, so does the other.
Arduino with a simple circuit,
Power -> thermistor -> resistor -> ground
One of the analog input pins is jumpered in between the thermistor and resistor, so now one can take temperature readings. It spits out temp readings periodically over the serial port.
I wrote a C# program to listen in on the serial port, and NPlot to graph values in realtime. :-) Now I just need to figure out how to calibrate this thing to an actual temperature scale!

This Solar Graph was put out Sep 30, 2009 and retrieved Jan 20, 2010. The progression of the sun is from the right to the left (and then back some). October was quite sunless and rainy here in Vicksburg, MS hence the absence of tracks at the beginning of the solargraph. The left end the track appears very bright because the sun reached it's furthest point on Dec 21 and then reversed its direction as we progress toward spring. (I am not sure what the streak in the far right corner of the graph is.)

The two graphs are the same, but the one on the left focuses on a local maxima. By zooming out, we can see that the we have larger Y values than it previously appeared. Using this to explain an issue with A/B testing on my blogs.perl.org blog.
