I found a beautiful L4P M3 parked in front of gym by my house. This is just such a majestic car and the black accents work so well.

The coal mines around Whangzhiwa layed on a Higher terrain beside the main line from Tongchuan to the north west. Before the branch line reached the mine it passend a tunnel.
Serveal times a day the mine was served by coal trains (emptys uphill loaded downhill). Often the old JF s from Tongchuan struggled when they blasted the hard gradience uphill. For photographers it was quiet spectacular. Sure not for the engine crew.
If you want to shoot a train two times you really had to hurry up on the dusty, bumpy road from Tongchuan to Whangzhiwa.
Than you still had to climb several terrace fields down to the small canyon before the tunnel. But at that day JF 2113 fitted with spoked wheels spend a very long time in the station before. Maybe because of shunting? Anyway the sun already rised higher the temperatures increased and the light got bad. But just before I want to give up the position I heared finally JF 2113 blasting up the line with an amazing eco. Still a nice but not so impressive high-noon-shadow-shot after there hours waiting.

Being stuck at home during the pandemic, I often stare out of my window after long hours of work and see the same view every day. Yet the sky and the weather are ever-changing and I still love looking out of my window into the same, yet changing sky. Here is one photo of the afternoon sky behind the shadow of the tree.

A QJ double is loudly speeding up with it´s freighttrain for the next gradience. Short time the farmer woman stopped her work on the field to take a short look on this noisy cenery.

So for this exposure level, I obviously went for a higher light intake so that the already bright ball would have that whited-out exposure spot to it. All the shades in this picture are strong and I enjoy the high exposed clouds are above the high exposed part of the golfball, it gives a connection where the light comes. the gradience of light to dark on the ball gives a good sense of light control.
By looking at the date this was taken you can definitely tell that this wasn't taken recently. Although I wish I'd edit photos sooner after being taken, I'm happy that I waited a while for this one since I've gotten better with Lightroom since then. I took this at the Phoenix Zoo on a day when it was pushing 110 degrees but honestly I'm looking forward to that type of weather again. Call me crazy!
Happy St. Patty's Day to those of you celebrating and try not to get pinched!

I believe my picture perfectly fits this weeks goal of texture because the sand goes from rough to smooth. It also has good movement from the dark edge to the light branches. One of the accents of texture is the way the color of the tree in the sand is gradient. I took this picture at Woodwind Golf Course by looking down one of the sand trap in which sprinklers had leaked. One of my strengths in this picture is the gradience and design of the tree. I also like how the swirl in the sand further enhances texture. If i could change anything I would change the view I got i would take it from a higher vantage point.

invisibleelement: How do you do what you do? So good my man.
joecavazos: @invisibleelement it's all in the thumbs. :) thanks man.
angelomalaqui: Outstanding. @joecavazos
joecavazos: @angelomalaqui thank you.
angelomalaqui: How did you do that sphere effect in the center? @joecavazos
joecavazos: @angelomalaqui I used a app called gradience to get the overall gradient of a sphere. After that I import the image to Diptic using a single circle frame. When you export from diptic in a circle frame it leaves the edges transparent. This gives you a solid circle that can be brought into image blender while keeping the transparency. Hope that makes sense.

So its spring break for Perry, Flickr! Woot! Made it out to the west coast. Visiting some family and brushing up on my landscape photography. I feel that I've really found my place with strobist portraiture and what not, but I don't want to limit myself ever as a photographer.
I have a good deal a shots to upload so I'll put them up gradually.
What do you think of this one?

can't remember which high school it is right now. dammit. anyways, you already know what a freakin' sunset looks like, so i gave you dream-like tones of gradience.
Using gel colours I am able to make the gradient from blue to red to yellow to green and back to blue.
Then I'm using my underlay shaping all the pieces and baking them at 200 c in about 15 minutes ( I used two plates on top of eachother so that the cake would not get burned underneath)
Fucking hard sunshine these day.
But the beach is fucking awesome, the unforgettable moment of my life when I was seeing and deeping myself in gradience sky that day. Wonderful.
Then I used a mix of
75 g frosting sugar
30 g past. eggwhites
To make the frosting. Unforntunatley it was not so easy to read the numbers as I had hoped for.
Now the only th9ing left is to put it all together!
Im currently editing the pictures for the finished cake, I used my mobile in very dim conditions to don't expect to much.
