During our last trip out west, we stopped in Arches National Park just north of Moab in Utah. This is a view of a red sandstone formation known as "the 3 gossips" and it seems they have plenty to whisper about while overlooking the main road and watching visitors entering the park.

This is such an interesting and beautiful National Park and there is so much to see - I would love to go back, we didn't have enough time!

Shot of The Three Gossips rock formation at Arches National Park. It does not take much imagination to see how this formation got its name! To me, it seems that the "person" on right is a man with a moustache, the "person" on the left is a woman with a pony tail and a backpack, and the "person" in the middle is facing the man and has a large hat, or perhaps a turban, shaped like a sauce pan.
