Origin: Vampire from outer space. Where exactly is unknown.
Abilities: Levetation, temporary mind control. Wields a par of gamma powered batons that can drain enemy's of there vitality with every hit.
I might ad 2 more to this group. There's definitely a main threat coming soon.

My tribute to the boys over at GCW. I love the mocs and some of the story writing is totally top notch. I don't moc a lot (as I need to do "the sort") but I thought they were worth a mention.

I made some more goons and took a clean shot of my recreation of Hammerstein NWC's amazing MOC. For all its simplicity, it is truly one of my favorite MOCs on Flickr. I like the description on my last try, but it didn't match Hammerstein's build in tone. Also, I'm trying out the reverse side of my background. Which do you guys prefer? Blue or grey?
I'll be posting some detail shots edited into one pic once I finish up the PSing on that. I've also been hard at work on my Batcave, but not so much today. It's done, but I think I want to add a spot for the Batmobile and Batwing, and possibly more rock. I only have rock in one little corner so far.

This historic facility is a daily-changing gallery of expressive graffiti. ~ Sunday, October 16, 2016, on the full moon, was the annual (so-called secret) Sacred & Profane Festival, as always, held in the amazing Battery Steele (1942). Also known as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Battery Construction #102, a United States military fortification, completed in 1942 as part of World War II, it is located on 14 acres (5.7 ha) on the oceanside area of the island. It is named for Harry Lee Steele, who was a coastal artillery officer during World War I. It was built to protect Casco Bay, particularly Portland harbor, from Kennebunk to Popham Beach in Phippsburg. – from Wikipedia. ~ It's now one of thirteen island parcels owned and managed by the Peaks Island Land Preserve
• Portland and the other harbors of southern Maine were terribly important ports. Civil War forts still dotted the islands around these harbors, but Portland now needed far more advanced fortifications to protect it from German attack.
So Peaks Island became home to over eight hundred soldiers. Concrete bunkers and observation posts are everywhere. On the far side of the Island are two huge abandoned gun turrets separated by several hundred feet of underground tunnel. Each held a monster 16-inch naval gun. The guns were test-fired only once. Their blasts broke windows all over the island and the recoil, transmitted through rock, caused small earthquakes. After the war, an Islander ran into a German U-boat captain who said he'd spent the war looking at Peaks Island -- through a periscope. … Invasive bittersweet vines, once planted as camouflage, now grow over that history. – From a report of a visit to the Island by John H. 50 years ago yesterday, March 30th 1974, the Ramones played their first ever concert to 30 friends in a studio on East 20th Street New York.
This was a tribute concert last night to mark that 60 year anniversary. 3 bands all doing Ramones covers.
Goon Squad did the 3rd Ramones Album "Rocket to Russia" track by track in original order. 14 tracks (and finished with Wonderful World - the Joey Ramone arrangement)

Eight Arms To Hold You (Near My Heart)
Latest entry in my (Guarded) Heart sculptures series - I create a new one(s) every year in late January. This one was inspired by the Goon Squad song and/or the Veruca Salt 2nd album title. I'm currently selling this along with some of my other heart sculptures on my Esty:
This was inspired by Hammerstein NWC's "Jokers Goonsquad." I've loved that MOC ever since I first saw it back when I was a lurker. I decided to actually author a descriptive writing piece for this one, so get ready for my A-work. And when I say that I'm referring to the work that got me a 100 on a short story that I did in one draft. That story'll be coming along soon.

The sandpaper noise of his hands broke the silence. The warmth of this simple action was valuable on an early March night such as this.
"C'ma-an Coco! Where are you?"
His spine rattled along with the fence. Up came a man with a bottle.
"Coco, what the flying fuck? Goin' for a psycho clown look these days?"
"Hey, screw you man. I just got out of the joint today. I had to tear these off some meta fag."
"Don't use that term derogatorily."
"What? Fag?"
"No. Meta."
"You're an asshole."
"Sure Coco. Hold on a second - you got out of Blackgate today? So did I. See? Still wearin' my pants and beater. Where'd ya get that shirt?" he inquired.
"I didn't get out of Blackgate," Coco declared, "I gotouta-" he trailed off.
"Outa where? Gotham State Minimum?" he chortled.
"What's it to you?"
His question was met by earnest laughter. He coughed.
"Anyway, Joker gave me this duffel. I'm pretty sure it's got a ton of guns in it. Either that or rocks. We're supposed to hand 'em out to a buncha rookies then wreak havoc."
