Die Google Zentrale in Irland wurde vom Architektenstudio Camenzind Evolution in Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Henry Lyons Architekten entworfen und verwirklicht.
Das Ziel des Projektes war, ein inspirierendes und interaktives Ambiente für die Angestellten zu kreieren.
Die Architekten versuchten, einen multifunktionellen Raum zu gestalten.
5 Restaurants, 42 kleine Küchen, Erholungsbereiche, Fitness, Pool, Wellness Bereich, über 400 formale und informale Konferenzräume, ein Forschungszentrum sind nur die Highlights im Interieur.
Alle Bereiche wurden laut der Google Philosophie für interaktive und kommunikative Arbeitsatmosphäre konzipiert.
Die Gebäude sind durch eine Brücke miteinander verbunden, die wie ein gläsernes Dreieck mit abgerundeten Ecken aussieht.
Das Bild im Kommentarfeld habe ich nach dem Entzerren lediglich mit einigen Ausbesserungen versehen.
Bei diesem hier mergte ich drei Fotos... es ist immer noch ein weites Übungsfeld, aber so langsam wird es besser ;-)

Thanks to "Caso Cerrado" I have learned Spanish language.
I also found it very interesting with diverse subjects that offers a new perspective on life meaning. I have been watching Caso Cerrado since 2004. Now, I have to enjoy only the daytime episodes at 2:00 pm because the 7:00 pm show is not anymore televised. I hope it will return soon.
I miss it very much.

Amis ornithologues, corrigez-moi si ce n'est pas le bon oiseau. Je n'avais jamais vu cet oiseau, encore moins dans mon prunier. J'ai d'abord été interpellée par son chant tout à fait spécial. C'est en cherchant par Google que je suis tombée sur son nom.
Ornithologist friends, correct me if this is the wrong bird. I had never seen this bird, and certainly not in my plum tree. I was first challenged by his very special singing. I came across his name while searching on Google.

Just outside Monument Valley, Utah, on Highway 163 is this spot where a scene from Forest Gump was filmed. He was running across America followed by a large crowd of groupies, and abruptly decided to stop running at this spot. Even on Google maps, it's now officially called out as "Forrest Gump Point".
It was extremely windy this day, and dust filled the air. Shortly after this was taken, a huge dust storm enveloped the area obscuring everything.

انصحكم جميعا باستخدام قوقل كروم
متصفح خفيف وسريع بشكل مو طبيعي
قارنته بنفسي بين جهازي وجهاز اخوي
جهازه اسرع من جهازي بكثير
هو فتح اكسبلورر وانا فتحت كروم
وحطينا على نفس الموقع
ومع بعض ضغطنا الانتر
والله بدون ما اكذب عليكم انا فتح معاي وكل شي وهو لسى صفحه بيضا ينتظر
وتقدرون تجربون بعد ما تنزلون قول كروم

Arizona Monsoon is off to a wild start. The orange glow in this image is a combination of the sunset and a Haboob (Dust Storm) that barreled down on Tucson yesterday evening; taken from 20 miles away as the dust reached Sonoita.
Location: Fort Huachuca Sierra Vista AZ
A featureless sky is the perfect backdrop for the texture overload in the foreground. It was so much fun to explore the mud flats and washes looking for interesting shapes and patterns. Once I found my spot it was just a matter of waiting until the light hit Telescope Peak in the distance. This is a 3 image focus stack to maximize sharpness.
This church was brought from the village of Cherepyn, located in the Obukhiv district of Kyiv region.
It is built in the style of traditional Podillian architecture of the 18th century. The domes of this church are already of the onion-shaped type.
The church features the typical structure of a narthex (entrance area), a main log chamber, and an altar section. The structure is made of hewn wooden beams, the roof is covered with shingles, and the domes are clad with wooden shingles called 'lemesh'.
Until 2020, services were still being held in this church. In 2020, the so-called COVID pandemic began (which I personally consider a scam). In Ukraine, a number of absurd restrictions were imposed (such as bans on visiting parks), and the museum grounds were also closed. In 2023 the museum territory drew the attention of bad actors who launched a raider attack on it. (If you want to learn more about ‘raider seizures’ in Ukraine, you can ask Google or AI).
In August 2024, following a series of court rulings, part of the museum’s territory was transferred to a private company by a decision of the Kyiv's appellate court. Currently, the museum’s management and the Ministry of Culture have filed a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

I took this with my cellphone because I had a 500mm Prime lens on my Nikon and it wouldn't work. I asked this fisherman for permission to photograph him, he was extremely nice and cooperative. I told him he was a perfect model with all that equipment hanging off him for a trout fisherman and those sunrays and fog would be a big bonus. Not the resolution of a DSLR but I LIKE IT. I hope to see him again and give him a copy of this image. I've seen him many times before in this spot. It is worth enlarging just to see his vest of goodies, fishing net on his back, scissors near the fish and more. He was prepared and got there early ahead of the crowd.
I took this on June 29. I had a print made and gave it to him today 10/3. I had been carrying it in the car in case we saw him again. He was pleased.
The hurricane about this time last year wiped out part of this bridge when a huge old tree fell across it; it has been repaired. This island wildlife refuge is now full of piled up downed humongous old trees that fell during the hurricane. The ground was saturated before the hurricane even came and the wind took down many of the older trees.
