This is my nod to any woman fighting in any military or fighting force around the world, but especially the Peshmerga fighting ISIL/ISIS/DAESH. Much respect to you to fight for your families and loved ones, you are very brave and an inspiration to men and women around the world.

~ these are the first words I heard at the lecture we had this morning.. the topic was actually "Critical Urban Theory", but as complicated as it might sound, it more involves your own ideas and perspective upon life and society than a certain theory.. so I really like what is going to happen at this subject, we have some mixed-media projects and a lot of team work, of course an extra long bibliography, but it all seems very interesting:)
so.. let yourself get crazy, never put a fence around your imagination :)

This one's for Beverley. Recently we were discussing the need to step outside the box and take risks - that is, risk taking some bad photos. In fact, I used to tell my workshop students to take bad photos, to risk failure, rather than staying in safe territory. That's how we make discoveries; that's how we surprise ourselves.
I remembered this on a walk in the park. The usual breeze was evident, pushing and tugging at the grasses and flowers. I set the tripod up at the edge of a prairie coulee, locked it down tight, set the ISO speed as low as it would go, stopped down the lens, and shot a waist-high patch of Yellow Sweet Clover with a slow shutter, trying different exposures, waiting for a gust, then waiting for the gust to taper off.
Most were throwaways, but I like this. It may seem odd, after a lifetime of trying to master the technical details, to willingly create a situation where details cannot be controlled, but it's really satisfying to throw caution to the wind and come home with a keeper.

Hallo forks,
i got my inspiration from different emotions: powerfull, carefree , peaceful , strong , satisfied and to represent the envy.
Example a positive- and negative pole parallel.
Thanks also to Clarissa who stood there and got tan by the sun.

of those days where I would like to revert back to my childhood and have a hissy fit to end all hissy fits.
Except Amanda never had hissy fits when I was a child. I grew up having my relatives tell me what an angel I was when I was growing up- TRULY!!!
So instead of lying on the floor kicking and screaming, I am going to have a Zen moment looking at my flowers which I have twiddled and tweaked into submission.
Think I would prefer to lie on the floor and kick and scream!!!
REALLY does look prettier in the larger sizes

The Structure of this Image is already very often seen.
But one thin I have to say: I just love to hide people with things. =)
The Picture came out of a Quote from Helga Schäferling:
„The Mirror just reveals what you want to see.“
Thank you Anna that you have long held out in the cold. ;)

November gives me time to work on personal projects again. Away from time pressure and safety shots. In collaboration with other artists who share the same vision and understanding about creativity and growth. Not in competition, but with inspiration and a deep urge to learn and develop. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #getcreative #portrait #sleepingroomstories #boudoir #hamburgphotographer #welovehh | www.instagram.com/p/B4o6mhiIrPm/ | www.zielecki.com

The Hero of Little Round Top, Gen Gouverneur Warren.
A statue of Gen. Warren by Karl Gerhardt is silhouetted against the setting sun on Little Round Top, Gettysburg, PA. The battle involved the largest number of casualties of the entire war and is often described as the turning point of the American War Between the States.
