As for the EXIF... after a colleague's professed love for my 300D- serious or not - I went out and found a lovely deal on its centurial successor. Thus far, the XTi brings all the love I could hope for - at almost half the price of the 30D, and with an integrated cleaning system to take care of my sloppy misfortunes!
