This is actually an event in Holland, visitors are invited to the farms. It's on the national news. And ITS JUST A JOYFUL VIEW!! seeing the cows jumping and running when they are released from the stables for the first time after winter where they have been locked up all the time!!

The cooling tower and two smokestacks of a coal-fired power plant in Chaoyang, Beijing, owned by China Huaneng Group.

I visited this plant because it was installing an experimental post-combustion capture system (PCC) to extract CO2 for use in the production of carbonated beverages.

Taken at Dublin Bay, in the background are the chimneys of Poolbeg power station, generating electricity in Ireland since 1903 by burning oil and gas. In sharp contrast are the sailboats in the foreground, operating on clean, renewable wind energy.

Poolbeg Generating Station Dublin Ireland

The R. L. Hearn Generating Station was the site of Canada's first 100 MW steam turbo-generator set. The station sits in what was once Ashbridge's Bay, a shallow marsh that was filled in with rubble from downtown construction sites from 1911 to 1950s. The station was officially opened on October 26, 1951 by Leslie Frost, Premier of Ontario .Now abandoned

**Prompt :**

**Prompt:**

Hyperrealistic cinematic portrait of a woman in profile, with a sculptural face and luminous, flawless skin, standing in a lush, dense forest bathed in soft natural light. Her hair is transformed into an elaborate organic composition of fresh fruits and vegetables: glossy tomatoes, juicy grapes, golden ears of corn, dense broccoli, earthy carrots, wild herbs, and abundant foliage, intricately arranged like a living crown.

Golden hour lighting filters through the leaves, casting delicate shadows and highlights across her satin-like skin, enhancing texture contrast between smooth human features and the raw, dewy surfaces of the vegetation. Extreme micro-detail visible: water droplets clinging to produce, fibrous stems, skin pores, subtle specular highlights on polished surfaces.

Shallow depth of field , with a soft, creamy green bokeh background that creates an immersive, dreamlike atmosphere. Rich, natural color grading dominated by deep greens, vibrant reds, and warm yellows.

A quiet, almost sacred mood, symbolizing the fusion between humanity and nature, an allegory of fertility, abundance, and ecological harmony.

Visual style blending high-end editorial fashion photography with classical painting influence and magical realism. Ultra-detailed 8K resolution, HDR rendering, photorealistic textures, subtle volumetric lighting, balanced contrast, fine cinematic grain.

This is another one of those waterfalls where the sheer force of nature will amaze you. The power of the water falling is so great here it seems to generate a constant cloud rising up from the bottom. The mist never really dissipates, just always changes shape and form in constant movement. I suppose one of the only constants in life is change.

This is taken from the edge, and by edge I mean I shouldn't be standing here, and will never stand there again. I couldn't help but think to myself, one little extra surge of water... But no surge came. I took a few quick careful shots as downward facing as comfort would allow and stitched them together with great difficulty as I didn't have 40% coverage. No auto-stitching for me. Such is life, this place is worth the extra effort.

(Home for a week and then off again....)

focos luminosos.

Bancos inhospitalarios,

húmedos

expulsan de su borde

a los emigrantes soñolientos.

Oyendo fáciles arengas ciudadanas,

un prócer,

inmóvil sobre su columna

se hiela en su bronce”

Tempus Quartet (Rock eléctric Violin) - Winter (Vivaldi)

A shot taken during sunset - guess its the last meal of the day before they get back to their nests. Maybe it is breeding, I need to check that out.

This male was feeding on the long pods and we sat in the car and watched it from start to finish, around 15 mins maybe. It first selected a ripe pod, then slowly walked down to the end, tore it open, tasted a few, liked it and continued to eat few more. There was a bit of wastage with the seeds falling on the ground, but that helps in generating more plants I suppose.

The bird is named after "Alexander The Great" who transported a large number of these back to Europe as gifts to various nobles.

Thanks in advance for your view / feedback / comments. Much appreciated.

The Tanner's Creek plant is no being dismantled. Opened in 1954 it was once one of the most efficient in the U.S.
