My current Build. GPU already pending upgrade, or perhaps an entirely new (possibly AMD) machine is on the way?

Having replaced the GPU with a RTX 2060 and replacing the failing PSU, SHODAN, my workstation/gaming/simulator rig is back alive and performing just as great as it did in its first iteration when I first built this back in 2012. Since then, it has had many upgrades and additions.

 

This is its final build, for the next time I need to upgrade, it will by a Ryzen 7 upgrade.

 

I should post a collage of my workstation from 2012 to present to show the various changes.

Main view of my workstation. The monitor is a 60'' 1080p display by Sharp, for my self built workstation (i7-2600k OC'd to 4.43 gHz, 16gb of 1600 MHz Corsair Vengeance RAM, EVGA SC GTX 570 HD GPU, and 2 TB hdd) my workstation is tied into my home theater system, which features a CMX-45C Cerwin Vega center channel with a custom made mounting system, custom left and right channels consisting of a array of 4 8 inch 3 way speakers by Lanzar, Cerwin Vega rear channels, a passive ten inch isobaric band-pass sub woofer for the front of the room, and a powered array of 8 12'' sub woofers mounted in the ceiling in a infinitely baffled configuration.

CPU Temp:

Idle - 25-32 C (depends on ambient temp)

Heavy Load - 43-54 C (depends on ambient temp)

 

GPU Temp:

Idle - 27-31 (depends on ambient temp)

Heavy Load - 51-59 C (depends on ambient temp)
