Scattata ai Piani di Bosentino al mattino, quando il sole era ancora abbastanza basso. Per fare questa foto mi sono letteralmente sdraiato a terra, anche se poi ho tagliato il terreno in primo piano per creare una "falsa" panoramica. Per creare i raggi del sole mi è bastato chiudere il diaframma senza aggiungere bagliori con Photoshop.
Taken to the Piani of Bosentino in the morning when the sun was still low enough. To make this photo I was literally lying on the ground, even though I cut the ground in the foreground to create a "false" panorama. To create the sun's rays I just had to close the diaphragm without adding gleams with Photoshop.

The clouds are playing games again as BLE 906 lugs its train of limestone empties into Proctor yard. Luckily I did end up with this take just a second before the scene went dark.
So the drones have arrived in Sydney.
They control the show, but can they control our minds?
This is a new version of one of the many images I have of the Drone Shows on Sydney Harbour, Sydney Cove and Darling Harbour during the Vivid Light Festivals of 2023 and 2024.
Photographed from beside the south-eastern pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Along the Cahill Walkway. Next to the Cahill Expressway. No tripod - the camera was resting on the side of the harbour bridge, lol.
So here's John Lennon with his song 'Mind Games'. But I don't think he could have anticipated drones. OR maybe he did.

hier habe ich mit einer Pipette versucht einen Tropfen auf dem Bockshornsamen zu platzieren, er hat sich enorm dagegen geweigert, aber es hat unheimlich Spaß gemacht
Heading through Walmley , 37510 Orion works 0Z99 Soho LMD to Soho LMD via Rugby. This loco, along with 37800 Cassiopeia, have been hired in to act as thunderbirds for the 2022 Commonwealth Games to come to the rescue should their be a failure of another train, with both locos based at Soho.
