Photographs of young men and women working in a co-working space in Delhi, India. Recently, metropolitan cities in India, have witnessed a significant rise in co-working spaces/offices. As opposed to traditional office spaces, these alternative setups allow flexibility in work hours, reduce rent costs and tend to promote work-life balance.

The Growth Summit: Jobs and Opportunity for All 2023 in Geneva, Switzerland

February 8, 2016 - RALEIGH, NC - Panelists, Dr. Matt Martin, Dr. Stuart Andreason, Anya Kamenetz, and Charles Reigeluth highlight several innovative approaches to Smart Adaptations for Our Workforce Development System during the 2016 Emerging Issues Forum “FUTUREWORK“ at the Raleigh Convention Center. The 31st Annual Emerging Issues Forum, "FUTUREWORK," focused on how North Carolina can best ensure enough good future jobs as workplace automation expands and the state's demography shifts. The Forum is hosted by NC State University's Institute for Emerging Issues, a "think and do tank" that brings North Carolinians together around complex issues in pursuit of a single goal: to enhance North Carolina’s future competitiveness. The 2016 FUTUREWORK Forum was held at Raleigh Convention Center (Day One) and NCSU's Hunt Library (Day Two). For more information, visit emergingissues.org. Photography by Steve Exum, exumphoto.com.
